My wife and I were on holidays and staying at the Quest apartments overlooking LaVita. So naturally after enjoying our first visit, we ate there often, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Mary was also very helpful in assisting us cater for a small family dinner New Years Eve in the Quests outdoor area. The Tiramisu was a huge hit. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, all the staff were attentive and helpful.

We arrived just on closing whilst they couldn’t cook for us they heated up some there take home dinners instead .While we waited we had a couple of small bottles of sparkling Shiraz and were entertained by the very affable Howard, and looked after by the very cheery waitress. Mary the owner is the business was a terrific host and we were made to feel very welcome. The dinner they provided was superb We only wish we had arrived a lot earlier. I also think Mary should give Howard a job there.

My sister and I love this restaurant, their eggplant parmigiana is outstanding. Tonight we went for the eggplant, stracciata, spinach canneloni and meatballs (okay too much for two people, we always take a doggy bag home, and I only have cats!).
The tomato stracciata was a real stunner, the crispy pizza base, cooked to perfection, then with fresh buffalo mozzarella and tomato, basil, oil, pepper drizzled with balsamic glaze, I though I'd died and gone to heaven.
In half a dozen visits I have never been disappointed. Tuesday night dinner has never had it so good!

We've been to La Vita Fresh Pasta a couple of times now & the first was just as average as this recent visit.
The drink prices are off the wall! The meal prices are even worse & for not anything very special at all. We were still hungry and thirsty after our dining expeierience as could only afford one drink each.
Basically we actually would have been more happy to go to Mawson Lakes Fasta Pasta & recieve generous portions & two drinks during our meal for half the price of La Vita Fresh Pasta!
I mean honestly! $75 for two mains & two simple, average drinks, a beer & a wine.
Strongly do not recommend La Vita Fresh Pasta!

Dear Customer
Firstly we must address our drink prices. The Beer & Wine is only a total difference of $3.00. As for our Pasta meals we can not compare the quality as all our Pasta/Sauces are made here fresh on the premises. Every meal whether take away or Dine in is cooked & prepared individually fresh. We do not pre cook. Not sure how you expect to get the same at Fasta Pasta for half the price $37.50? I have referred to their menu for pricing.
We have now been here in Mawson Lakes for 12 years and have many return satisfied customers. One just needs to read our other 300 Reviews.
We strongly recommend that you continue to support Fasta Pasta as we all need business, especially what we have had to endure the past 2 years.

I found this true Italian eatery tucked away in Mawson Lakes recently. First visit for dinner with my brother was very enjoyable, we couldn't fault our meals which was washed down with one of our favourite bottles of red. So good I went back by myself on my last trip, again a tasty well cooked meal didn't disappoint!

I've been staying in the hotel next la vita for work for a month and have eaten there every night accept Sunday for this entire time. Mary in the kitchen always is consistent in cooking the highest quality meals for you.

Wonderful Italian restaurant that serves house-made pasta with comfortable service. The friendly staff were able to serve entre-sized versions of mains for my favourites, Spaghetti Bolognese and Margherita Pizza as their servings were very generous. The food arrived in less than 15 minutes and with each meal, the staff would check in to see how each was. The waitress highly recommended the dessert menu and I tried the fresh chocolate and vanilla cannoli - smooth and crunchy. A great way to end a wonderful meal before returning home. Hope to be back soon!

Great food, lamb shank particularly wonderful and balanced dish with the richness of the sauce perfectly balanced by the mash. Started off with a lovely antipasto and bottle of sangiovese, if only I had room for the tiramisu...I'll be back!

Tried the chilli fettuccine carbonara and was proactively asked if I wanted to add chicken. Big YES. This dish was simply divine. Brought the family and orders were chips and garlic bread for entre - delicious and huge portion, mains were parmigiana, red wine garlic lamb shank, chicken Marsala and marinara. Devine food, service great, place is a must visit.

Brilliant for both lunch and dinner - we loved our lunch so much we came back for dinner with our entire family! Host, FOH staff and chef were brilliant. Can’t rave enough about the food, such generous serves and so tasty. Everyone was tasting everyone else’s dishes and we couldn’t decide whose was best! Veal Scalopini, wood oven pizza, soup, fresh fresh fresh pasta - and the very best garlic bread loaf we have ever had. Hot, quick, tasty and fresh. I’ll be back regularly, and I live an hours drive away. Family from Sydney were very impressed. Thanks again for the best lunch and dinner! ❤️ The Hill family ❤️

Excellent fresh pasta. I had a white wine seafood marinara dish. The seafood was cooked to perfection. Not over cooked. The prawns still had a crunch to them ( I hate over cooked mushy prawns) and the pasta was al dente. Will definitely be going back next time we are visiting in Adelaide. Great service too. I don’t think this dish was on the menu at the time, but the lovely lady taking my order suggested it 😊 6 stars

Mary is both a beautiful person and a wonderful cook. OMG it was nine months ago, but I will never forget those lamb shanks in red wine cooked to perfection and a generous helping along with hospitality and atmosphere. I give this restaurant 5+ stars. Outstanding!

My wife and I stopped by for lunch - we were delighted with our meals. I had an eggplant parmigiana and my wife had minestrone - both were very tasty, just delicious. The service was very kind and the environment was very cozy, perfect for a midday pause .
We have been there a couple of more times and we always have a pleasant meal. Very recommended.

Fresh pasta dishes each unique and carried great flavour. What really stood out was the staff...patient, kind, and genuinely interested in how your meal was and what your evening was like. Thank you. Compliments to the chefs, and their amazing dishes especially the tiramisu!! 10 out of 10.
