Maybe we have just been spoiled with breakfast so far in Bali but what we had a Batu was comparable to a complimentary hostel breakfast. It’s not a cheap place either. Both the breakfasts we had came with one piece of toast. The eggs with...my eggs Benny was pretty much uncooked, essentially water. The eggs with the other breakfast was flavourless. The juice that came with one of the breakfasts was pretty much water with a dash of orange flavouring.More

A stunning place to visit, amid the chaos of the cities! Absolutely beautiful views. Quite breathtaking. The hot spring pools are also near the lake. Well worth the drive out IMO

A lot of people drive past this spot in the direction of the busy places in Uluwatu but we're really happy that this morning we did stop for breakfast because it was amazing! Lovely staff & delicious food. We're definitely coming back for dinner :)

I've been living in Bali for a few months and this was the first restaurant I took a friend visiting. The waiters and manager (Sofia) took great care of us and were all very attentive. My friend had some grilled octopus and I had the...barbecued beef and both were fantastic. The beef was tender and fell right off the skewer. It also came with some yummy, homemade french fries. My friend loved the octopus and he plans on going back later today for some more. We washed it down with a couple of cold Bintangs. I would definitely recommend if you want to get away from the normal street food vendors while still paying an affordable price for the quality.More

Have been here many times but was disappointed with the lack of lemon cheesecake-which was delicious and I finished it all. However my family were disappointed with not getting their first choice-lemon cheesecake of course! The dragonfruit cheesecake just lacked the luster we once knew...it to be and the creme brûlée was too big! I’ve been to France and had creme brûlée, it needs to be in more of a shallow dish! I gave it three stars because the atmosphere is amazing and I love everything about this place but was so sad by the desserts! I will be back because I do love this place!More

Friendly warm welcome, but unfortunately never got around to presenting us with menus at the table until I got up and had to ask. Menu is very exciting but food was such an anti climax. Had the yellow tofu curry which was completely flavourless, tasted...like it was just warm water. The wheatgrass shot was completely watered down aswell. Been to a few of the Bali budas in Bali and had very similar experiences, don’t bother.More
