Newly renovated historical hotel, with a quirky cafe, bakery and brewery. Come and be part of The Uraidla Republic! Great outdoor areas with views of our wonderful Hills regions; veg, vegan, child & cyclist friendly. Our vision is to embrace the history of this important market gardening area, and to promote both local produce and young local talent. Myself and family dined here mid week on a very wet and miserable day.. But what a great choice it was! Warm and cosy, staff were more than helpful and polite & Food was amazing! Such a lovely venue with heaps of character, will definitely...be back.More

A beautiful venue full of character. Good Food, Wine List, & Service overall. Nice kids menu and outdoor playground for children to play. The restaurant is divided into beautiful different sections including a cozy rustic fireplace lounge; very picturesque place. We've been here twice and...have tried the burgers, Schnitzel, Curry & Rice Special, Ribs, and Fish. They seemed all freshly prepared and full of flavour. Thr bartenders can work on being a little more friendly though. All in all would definitely recommend and visit again.More

The Food at the Uraidla Hotel was below average and staff were rude , quiet aggressive about masks . will not eat there again . Very unpleasant experience and not a kid friendly place .

Standing at the bar for 15 minutes waiting to be served a drink and I kept getting overlooked. Unfortunately, as a male, i didn't have t!ts like the other customers, so the young guys behind the bar didn't acknowledge me. Been here a few times...and it's always been average, but after this occasion, we certainly won't return.More

My husband heard about Uraidla Hotel and yesterday we decided to go with my sister and her husband for lunch. It was a perfect sunny winters day and were pleasantly surprised...the outdoors are was great, food great, staff friendly and the young man singing and...playing the guitar was very talented. We have a great afternoon and would definitely go back again soon.More

Booked a table for four in the Glass House Restaurant to celebrate my dad’s 73rd birthday. Although it was a fair drive from where we live (western suburbs) the service and food did not disappoint. Our group all ordered the fish of the day (flathead...with chips and either salad or vegetable). Oh my. Huge piece of flathead cooked to individual liking, amazing crispy chips with homemade tartare and the vegetable were so garden fresh and cooked to perfection. For dessert me and my daughter could not go past an Affagatto with Baileys. What a great way to celebrate my dad’s birthday on this cold winters day. The pub has two fireplaces near the front bar with gorgeous chesterfields to sit on. Great pub. Highly recommend.More

I ordered the jackfruit salad, which was an exciting prospect as a vegetarian especially so in a country pub. Sadly the salad contained much more sand than salad, I guess the kitchen staff forgot in these times of a raging pandemic that cos lettuce also...needs a wash. When I offered up my plate for collection I reported these stow aways. Sadly this was met with first a contemplative look which quickly washed away into a ‘whatever I’m too busy for you’ The sand timer has run down to 0/10 for you for my friends.More

A group of use (7) had a birthday lunch for me at the Uraidla Hotel on Monday 24/05/2021 What a great place, lots of atmosphere, several open fires burning throughout the hotel. The food was great especially the " Thin Chips" with the Beef Rib....Staff were very attentive to our needs and were extremely friendly. A must place to have a meal at especially if you like the winter open fire atmosphere. I will be going back soon for another great meal and experience,More

I just held my 60th birthday celebration upstairs in a private area. A huge success thanks to the wonderful staff and a sincere desire to ensure the event went well. Cocktail food and drinks for 56 people. An array of wines to choose from with...such an extensive cellar and the Wine Tank experience by some of the guests went down like a treat. Owen, the Sommelier, know his stuff and loves to engage with his guests. The staff were attentive and the food sensational. Thank you to all for a wonderful afternoon. I highly recommend this venue.More

We booked a table last minute as we were staying locally. Fantastic food and excellent drinks. They had a few local gins which made me very happy! The staff were a delight and we would definately go back.
