This charming restaurant in Winlaw is a must. The food is healthy and the ingredients are fresh. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The concept of this place is great, however I would recommend it more for light fare, coffee and treats. There are usually gluten free cookies or options here.

Amazing food, great bright room. Fun and casual with super high-end food. Great burgers but I had the Curry Rice bowl. All kinds of fresh greens and yum. The Chef Ananda came out to greet us. He is a spectacular cook!

There are 2 restaurants is Winlaw and this is the one I would recommend if you have a sensitive gut. Their ingredients seem fresh, their sauces housemade and I had no trouble digesting their food (breakfast sandwich and blueberry muffin). I was tickled pink that they offered fresh grapefruit juice!! So good for digestion. The atmosphere is super pleasant. Service... More

Interesting menu, food was good, and the service was friendly. Would come here again! A great non-cookie cutter restaurant / cafe.

Great place for healthy food on the journey to Kamloops from Castlegar. Reasonable prices and great wraps. Stop in and enjoy.

The waitress seemed totally disinterested. I was one of five customers and it took a long time to get the food. The food was amazingly good, so good I mentioned it to the cook in person who seemed indifferent. It was an odd experience.

I would drive by and come in for coffee and a muffin to go. I only got it once after 4 tries. The place was not busy but I kept getting ignored by the servers for over 10 minutes each time till I turned around and left. Gave them 4 tries same only got to order once.

I eat here fairly often and really appreciate what they are doing. Affordable quality food, with the emphasis being on oganic and locally sourced when possible. It's got a laid back small town Kootenay feel, and is a hangout spot for locals. Lunch menu is usually burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, and my fav: quinoa or rice bowls. Usually lunch...
