The bowl of soup was lovely, but the dirty premises, crockery, cutlery & glassware let it down. Such a shame, as it looked good from the exterior.

Perfect location in the heart of this lovely Peak District village. Very welcoming. I had the toasted teacake and a large americano which were both delicious. Will definitely call in again.

Stopped here after a days walking. Service was friendly and quick and coffee was good. The cakes (Bakewell Tart and Chocolate Tart), though, were just ok at best.

Hi - been there a few times and it is a bit small so I definitely think best to book if you can. They open at 9.00 I think and you could call them on 01629 812773. R
