We have twice visited this restaurant after walking the nearby botanic gardens and, on each occasion, found the staff to be friendly and the food well prepared. We have sampled their take on Mauritian and other cuisines and enjoyed all. Good value and a nicely situated rest stop after a few hours strenuous walking through the gardens.

We had a reasonable lunch. Samosas as starters were delicious but the prawn curry was low on flavour and the prawns were overcooked. However, for the price it was a reasonable meal and the free wifi meant we could plan our evening's entertainment over lunch.

Very disappointing visite. Next to a busy road, car gas enters and cause an irritating smell. Food was of very low quality and quantity. Tomatoes were over time, shrimps were old, very small and tasteless, dressing was tasting like water, ...and chicken was almost invisible and tasteless. Owner was a kind man and very probably has a hard time to... More

Great Mauritian food in a lovely little restaurant right by the famous Pamplemous garden. Enjoy a morning walk in the botanical gardens and then go relax with a nice traditional meal at Le Paradis Epice!
