Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have dined at this establishment many times, mainly dinner, and it has never failed to impress us with its classic French experience. The food is superb, the wait service first class, lovely Valerie with her French accent, and even the owner, Pierre, as well...as checking the table service throughout the evening, welcomed us into the car park with his umbrella on a wet and miserable June night in WA, long overdue, the weather that is, and delivered us dry to the entrance. Well done CP.💑More

Loved stepping back to the 80’s where service was supreme. The service was fantastic and friendly from start to finish. The best course was dessert by far with the citrus tart. Entree of scallops was overpowered by the sauce and I asked for a fillet...steak served medium and it came medium rare which I didn’t finish. Thought the restaurant was also a bit tired in decor but it was busy so maybe that’s just my thoughts. Expensive for the experienceMore

Excellent service and food. A group of 21 and the courses came so we could all eat about the same time, and not have to wait. Dishes were removed quickly so speeches could be delivered without noise of plates being stacked. The wait staff were...prompt and courteous. The birthday cake was outstanding. Great service from the date of booking to the actual occasion. Highly recommend this venue for a special event.More

Haven’t eaten at this restaurant for around one year. Never fails to impress. The food is first class, 11/10, the service is first class, 11/10, and the ambience is French, French and French, first class, 11/10. What a fantastic way to see out November and welcome in December then to visit one our of favorite Perth Restaurants Chez Pierre. We try to visit this fantastic restaurant at least every few months . And whenever our diaries allow we comment- as always-...why not more often??? From the ease of booking (personally and not over a web site) a table for 4 - to our arrival then to settling our account, the level of wonderful service sets this restaurant apart from any other we have visited or experienced in Perth. The service is professional , yet warm and familiar ( may thanks Giday, Corinne and Valerie - you made our evening a highlight of 2023 ) , the food consistently outstanding. This is a restaurant for all Perth residents and visitors to WA to experience. Many thanks to all the staff of Chez Pierre. We look forward to visiting again in 2024. Merry Xmas to you all for December 2023More

Chez Pierre is always a great choice for a special event or treat. The staff are excellent, the decor understated and classy, and the atmosphere quiet enough for easy conversation. The menu has something for everyone, and the Business Lunch options of 2 courses for...$59.50 or 3 courses for $65.00 were a fantastic deal. Highly recommended for a special celebration or a delightful meal out - this was not my first and won't be my last visit. The seafood crepe is always a fave. Ask for a free car park on site when you book.More

Our daughter treated us to a lovely French meal to remind us of our regular travels some years ago . The popular regional meals are beautifully presented: the mushroom soup creamy and very tasty ; entree ( shark bay scallops on puffed pastry with leek...) was sensational- delicious sorbet; Harvey beef beautifully cooked , very warm plate , one potato ( delicious) and a small amount of green beans . Dessert beautifully presented with trio of flavours . Overall very good meal. Great service and very helpful with adapting the menu to lactose free choices .More

I visited Chez Pierre with friends for dinner - it was an excellent experience. The ambience is warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional, and their attentive service adds to the enjoyment of visiting. The food is excellent: I had the prix fixe...three course dinner, which included perfectly cooked salmon, a delightful confit such and a charming chocolate dessert. This is a very popular restaurant, so I recommend you make a reservation. Highly recommended!More

Have visited on a number of occasions and always had a memorable time. Our latest lunch was no exception. The set menu of $59 for two courses gave you a great chance to try the various dishes. We were a party of six, and all...tried different meals. No complaints, friends agreeing it was one of the best meals of any restaurant in Perth. The only part we agreed that was really disappointing was the coffee. Definitely room for improvement. Look forward to returning.More

Perfect venue to celebrate my birthday - great ambiance even on a Tuesday night. Fabulous food and superb service. Finished the evening with true theatre - crepe Suzette’s delivered with aplomb! We went the a la carte route, but the regional menu looked sensational -...definitely don’t want to wait for another birthday to go back!More

Out-of-the-way location but well worth the trip. By far the best restaurant we ate at in a three week stay in Perth. Perfectly French, from the music to the food, although the service was a cut above what you often find in France. My wife...and I started with the Gambas (delicious). My wife had the vegetable Tian and I had the duck confit. I had the tarte au citron for dessert and my wife had myrtilles. To start we were provided with a delicious amuse bouche consisting of a very creamy mushroom soup with truffles. Everything was perfect. Very highly recommended. Congratulations to the chefs and all the serving staff. Fabulous.More

Not that I’m aware of. Maybe phone and check though wine prices are ‘reasonable’ by restaurant standards.
