Gorgeous setting with a spectacular view---but the food was only mediocre. Perhaps come just for drinks?

It is a very short ride from the town of Las Galeras, although the final stretch of the road is in bad condition. The view is simply unbeatable. I recommend that you arrive around 6pm so you can see the spectacular sunset. From your table...More

We were advised to visit this spot above a cliff east of Las Galeras town. We visited on an eventful day with a somewhat angry sky and the crashing waves, spray plumes and scudding clouds made for a dramatic setting above the water. A blowhole...More

Beautiful view, decent food. More expensive than any restuarant in town but the view is worth the trip.

This is a must see. If you go during the day be sure to see the blow hole there but the best time is sunset.

This place is a must while visiting the Las Galeras area - take a cab - the road is awful, but worth it! Fantastic view from high on the cliff and we even saw whales off shore while we were there. Mojitos are fantastic! And...More

I have never been to a restaurant with a more amazing location or view. The restaurant is literally on the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean in an area where folks dive off the cliffs below you. Late afternoon before sunset is beautiful, the...More

Once you have made the hike or driven up from las galeras to this spot (not so easy either way) you will be rewarded by an amazing view over the bay - it is really magical at sunset out on the terrace sipping a mojito....More

Hi. Las Terrenas is a long drive away, I would say about 1.5 hours drive. You would have to negotiate with a taxi there, but the roads are not good especially the last part to the restaurant. I suggest an SUV. Could get... More

Can you tell me, is this an expensive restaurant. What are the prices like? Do you know of any other good reasonable restaurants in the area? We are travelling there in February. Thank you

It is a little expensive. Our dinner cost about $70 for two, including a shared desert, but with sodas, not alcohol. And, as I and many others have noted in the reviews, the food is not great. If you are traveling on a... More
