In 2015 my wife & I had a wonderful meal here (fish platter for 2). This year we decided to go back again - what a disappointment it was. The service was slow and not polite. The food seemed to be over cooked and smaller portioned than the year before. Will not be returning next year - shame as it's... More

Nice location, staff is nice and friendly. We ordered Dalmatian pasticada and Janjetina ispod peke tasted very good and portions are medium size. Would recommend to go here at least once.

We stopped at primosten on our way back to Kastella. We choose to eat at Maestral for the amazing view on the sunset. The grilled scampi 's were fresh and very tasty. The orada was also that nice! The withe wine super! The waiter was very kindly and friendly. We enjoyed the food and the view. It is a visit... More

This restaurant offers virtually the same selection of food as maybe hundreds of others all over Croatia. Chicken with gorgonzola sauce was OK but nothing special. Also serves some fish and pasta. Sea view is enjoyable and waiters are fine.

Average food, small portions, not so good chicken, avoid meat plate. But very good location by the sea.

While staying in nearby Rogoznica we decided to visit Primosten and while walking around we stumbled upon this restaurant and I am a. It surprised that it hasn't had better ratings....the menu was varied and a couple in our large group ordered shark and enjoyed it....I enjoyed the meat platter and the mixed salad I got....great. After eating in a few different restaurants in Primosten I'm surprised by how little reviews Maestral has received. Maybe it's the impeccable view of the sunset and the sea, or maybe it was the company I was with, but I was wowed. I think their prices are very affordable compared to other restaurants so close to the sea, but the... More

A wonderful restaurant with delicious food and great service. Located outside the city center but with the most beautiful sunset in the world. Sitting by the sea, listening to the sea surges of rock. It's beautiful. The food is good, fresh fish and fresh shellfish! Excellent! I recommend! The atmosphere is relaxed and romantic and the waiters are young and... More

please do not eat in this restaurant. The fishes are not fresh, but frozen before. Im afraid but it is new negative trend in some Croatian restaurants. To buy cheapest fish in April and then sell it in Juli, sorry but it is not reason, why we visiting Croatia, you know just the clean sea and the food is the... More
