Lovely curries now on the menu at The Old Kings Head

We love this pub. Before lockdown it was deservedly packed with lovely people, serving excellent home cooked pasta and pizza, fresh baked bread, great gin menu and ales. Friendly atmosphere and effortless style. Now the take away menu is great, and the curries can challenge...restaurants we have been to recently at a great price with whole cardamoms and chillies, fresh coriander and great customer service with a smile. We wish you well in these difficult times and thank you for providing such a great village service.More

Amazing Takeaway

Last week I had pizza and then on Saturday Curry for takeaway from this pub. For me it was one of the best take aways. Being Indian I can say the it was pure authentic.

Great pizza

Great restaurant for all the family. Quality pizza that adults and kids will enjoy. Stylish restaurant, only gripe was that it was very dark, and attentive staff.

Great Pizza

Had lunch there today with a friend,loved the interior of this pub, it has kept in character with the age of the building,enormous fire in the toasty warm lounge. Staff were friendly and helpful,menu was lovely,Pizza and pasta dishes plus a few alternatives,freshly cooked so...a little wait but was aware of that so no issue lovely desserts,I was to full but my friend had a Brownie with choc ice which she said was fabulous as were our Pizzas and garlic bread. Really impressed with the whole place and will certainly be going again..More

Italian Restaurant

The Old Kings Head at Brockdish has won Norfolk pub of the year for several years now. Well deserved. The menu is limited but all pizzas and pasta home made and quite delicious. And a range of nice puds too. Agaibn heaving with young people...and buzzing.More

Worth a visit

Staff very nice and good selection on menu mainly Italian influenced. Dough Sticks better than dough balls well worth a try and pizzas are good. All freshly made so if in a hurry ask what is the quickest option as it takes time to get...perfection.More

My daughter's birthday lunch

We arrived with our dog Charlie who is a well behaved Jack Russell and who sat at the table with us ! Staff were all wonderfully polite and helpful, food delicious, great easy going atmosphere, I love it here !

Hidden Gem

Fabulous classic old English pub tucked away in a small, country village. Top notch ambience with a delightful oak beamed interior and a large log fire burning in the hearth. Service was very good and the pizzas and pasta were excellent. Nice selection of ale...and gins, too. Will definitely be going back soon. Such a pleasant environment in which to spend a couple of hours on a miserable November Sunday lunch time.More

Great Find

Called in on the way back from a day trip. Nice place, very nice staff...super friendly. Good pizza, one of the best I have had and a fair price. ill be back again soon. Really like the wall art also, this place just had an...edge and was a little diffrent.More
