I drink Decaf coffee. I am not after the buzz like others so I drink it just for the taste. I ordered a decaf coffee and it tasted sour. Perhaps the coffee was past it's use by date or they don't store it properly. How...hard can it be? At $4.50 for a very small cup I had expected much better. I won't be back.
I have to add that this is not uncommon for decaf coffee and that is why I usually don't bother to buy coffee in cafes.More
We arrived from Brisbane, we where running late and the ladies where very welcoming and understanding.
Our lunch came out within minutes as we had pre-ordered.
Bronwen was a hoot n a half she has the best personality.
We met Steph the owner/chef.
The products for sale are varied and it was difficult to choose.
I would highly recommend Jamworks if you ever visit the Granite Belt.More
We tend to visit here everytime we visit the granite belt area: its’ range of gourmet foods and condiments are excellent. What we often do not get right is remembering it does not open until 10am.
The service is excellent: indeed, on our recent visit...the young man greeting arrivals at the door was super impressive in his efforts.
The coffee is good: the accompanying cakes are not really cakes but desserts: they are very, very good and there are gluten free options that are excellent but priced as desserts. Yet to have a lunch here but the menu looks impressive.More
We arrived 10 minutes before closing. Steph could not have been more welcoming. We had a lovely chat while we perused her amazing selection, including Mulberry Jam and Gooseberry Jam. It was good to get a local perspective on the drought, and the challenge of...obtaining quality produce.More
We had a really delicious breakfast here before going on a hike in the national park. A lovely setting in a clean and contemporary cafe and there is a shop attached selling all kinds of delicious preserves and jams. Loved it!
