The food here was really delicious and beautifully presented. The service was very friendly and welcoming. We would have liked to have eaten there again but they closed before our holiday ended.

The food here was really good but we found the service not as friendly as the other Barbati tavernas,so we only ate here once maybe they were short staffed the night we visited

During our stay here in Barbati we went to this restaurant twice and on both occasions it was very well presented. The staff and place were so welcoming and the food was delivered perfectly and was first class. Excellent service. Highly recommend this place to eat!!

I highly recommend a visit to Dionysos during your time in Barbati. Lovely food prepared and served in style in very pleasant surroundings. The staff are warm & friendly & the taverna has a very relaxed but smart, modern feel to it. I had Greek sausage to start & the lemon pie to finish from a recommendation on here. I'm... More

Delicious food and stunning views. Dionysos is a traditional taverna, serving both seafood and red meat meals. We had a chance to sample almost everything. The food was delicious and prices were reasonable. The place is popular so better reserve your table to have a place on the seaside

We visited this restaurant 3 times and on each occasion the food and service was top notch. The Greek sausage starter and chicken curry main is a must try. A must visit for all in Barbati!

Whilst on a 10 day trip to Barbati my wife and I ate here 4 times. Each time was absolutely brilliant. We never ate the same thing twice and got a good overview of the menu. The service was brilliant (as it was everywhere in Barbati) and the food was definitely the best (but this is not a reflection on... More

We returned to Barbati after a wonderful family holiday last year and once again we regularly ate at the Dionysos. It's still a great family run taverna with friendly, welcoming staff, consistently good and reasonably priced food and lovely views from the balcony. There is a wide selection of dishes, the food is well presented and portion sizes good. Don't... More

Really spoilt for good options in Barbati but Dionysos is another one. Came in for dinner and were greeted by a really friendly and welcoming host. The restaurant got more busy as the evening progressed, but the service remained friendly and polite. The food was all excellent, really enjoyed the greek sausage starter and the Lemon Pie dessert was a... More

I just love Barbati and I just love this restaurant. The resort itself is a hidden gem on the amazing island of Corfu. You won't find any discos, karaoke or an English breakfast here, just a lovely resort in which you can wind down and recharge your batteries from the rat race. The restaurant Dionysus is just amazing. We have... More

Dionysos restaurant was the first in Barbati, run by the owners' grandfather and offering only stakes and sardines.Thirty years after and having changed 3 different owners comes back in family hands. We use our family recipes for the traditional dishes and our fantasy and culinary experience for our creations. Far from the industrialization of food and tastes we support the local production of meat, vegetables and delicacies. Healthy and first quality materials take place on our dishes, accompanied by a selected glass of wine from our cellar. Tradition and creativity meet together to satisfy those who appreciate good slow food. Wish you a nice taste journey! Dionysos stuff
