Our 5th visit to this excellent restaurant. We are becoming regulars. Smart, efficient friendly staff. The belly of pork is stunning.

Due to our kids preferences we may have missed some gastronomic spots in Luz, this made up for it. Food was tasty and exquisitely presented. Our kids taste buds seemed content. Maybe the dessert choice is somewhat less varied but... More

Not as good as expected, surf & turf was fine although way too much salad on the plate! Salmon was good although veg was a little undercooked and I don't like food being served in dish all piled up. Service was good as were all the staff.

The food at A Fabrica is fairly simple, it is extremely tasty, and it is fantastic value, indeed I'm already looking forward to... More
