This place was always busy with locals which is a good sign. Really authentic Greek experience, the food was just as I remember Greek food should be and it is good value for money too. OK, the views are not great but the food and the whole experience more than makes up for it. We loved this place - highly... More

Revisited this restaurant last night. Once again lovely food. Service can be a little slow though so please be patient. Well worth the wait. Location is opposite supermarket at bus stop three just a few yards up the lane

We've been going to Skiathos a number of years and had never come across this restaurant. It's on the outskirts of the town and whilst it's not difficult to find it's too off the beaten track to suddenly come across. Following a recommendation we thought we'd give it a try and we're so glad we did. It's rustic, the food... More

This rustic taverna is somewhat hidden, just off the ring road, close to where the new hospital is being built. It is well worth seeking out. The owner/chef Angelika has a tremendous skill in balancing flavours and seasoning in traditional Greek dishes. This is how I recall Greek food many years ago. The ingredients are obviously fresh and prepared to... More

We went back here 3 times during a week. Good affordable food. A bit difficult to alert attention to be able to pay, but it had its charm nevertheless!

tsukali , is a typical Greek restaurant, with a small detail that makes all the difference in the world, the cook and owner Angelika cares, uses decent - fresh raw materials, and has the gift of magic fingers, a gift that makes all her plates have special tastes. my favorites there are the beans, the lemon pork, and her fresh... Visited this taverna twice as it was next to our apartments. You will find it near bus stop 3 practically opposite Carrefour supermarket not far up a small road. Food here is fantastic, what we would call "Proper home cooked". The host is fabulous and everything was so fresh. Two of the nicest meals we had. It also appears they... More
