We really like this place. It was definitely a good value for money. Tidy, clean and we got a very big room. To our suriprise, we discovered a jacuzzi in the bathroom. There is just one thing I want to point out here: pay attention to the hot water because it's limited. We tried to use the jacuzzi although we... More

We just stayed here for one night to check out letterkenny before my partner moved up here for a few months, as soon as we arrived the staff were super friendly and we were made to feel at home right away.

After a day touring this seemed a great spot to stop for a good feed and with hungry bellies the menu looked perfect for what we where after but had I know we would have had to wait over an hour for dinner we would not have stayed at all- to begin with we where placed in a far corner... More

Great place to stay, brought our little dog, pet friendly, great room, staff and food, close to Letterkenny, and 20 mins or so to Downings and coastal scenic road. Room was spacious and clean, even though there is some refurbishments going on this didn't interfere with our stay, Breakfast, plenty of choice and well presented and tasty. Steak night is... More

Stopped here on our way to Dunfanaghy on Sunday 19th February. We opted for the roast beef and turkey and ham. Wow such portions we got and it was gorgeous. Looking at food being delivered to other tables, we were impressed by the presentation and good portions. Lovely big fire and the staff were so helpful and cheerful. Definitely worth... More

This gem of a bar / restauraunt is a diamond find. There's the main bar / restaurant, which is both spacious yet cosy complete with a roaring fire. The menu offered a varied selection of quality freshly cooked food, the portions would suit even the largest appetite. My choice was the chicken goujons, which must rank as the largest I've ever... Travelled up to Kilmecrenan. Wanted to get a late lunch & this pub looked inviting. Had the fish & chips - with mushy peas our son-in-law has turned us on to - very good! Even better, tho, was their seafood chowder - equal to the ones we love in New England!
