Make sure you book or arrive early as this would have to be the most popular place in town. It's worth the wait!

We visited the restaurant for a weekday dinner and there were already 12 groups ahead of us at 6pm. We were able to register for a queue number, and it had a URL link printed on it for us to view the latest queue info (e.g. how long more to wait while we were at a nearby store). We waited about 40 mins before getting a table. The food was served relatively fast and the hot plate made a satisfying sizzling sound when the sauce was drizzled over the meat. The food was good and definitely worth the wait.

This was an experience as my Japanese is non existent. I looked so out of place that local people looked after me in getting me a table booked - you log yourself in, get a number and wait till you’re called. As this is all in Japanese writing, I was completely reliant on people’s kindness.
This restaurant is so popular that first day I waited 45 minutes for my table and as it was so good and cheap, I returned the second day. And that was two hours wait - you can leave and come back in two hours - you can check on your ticket via some Japanese app how long till there’s a table ready for you. I was getting the hang of this!
Anyway, food was decent & cheap, staff spoke no English, but we got there at the end. If you’re happy to go thru all of that then it’s worth it.
One suggestions would be, why don’t you serve drinks or something to people that are waiting? Surely that would be a huge money making / keeping people happy / entertained thing?

I had lunch with my wife. With its parking lot packed and a long waiting line, we had to wait for an hour to get our table at this very popular “family restaurant.” The restaurant is famous for its Genkotsu (Fist) Hamburg and that was what I ordered. It was delicious. My wife had Vegetable Doria and we shared Grape Parfait. The dessert was nice, too.

This place is always crowded. You need to obtain your tickets upon entrance, and the wait is easily over 2 hours... which is okay if you want to do a bit of shopping in the outlet. The steak was very nice and worth the wait

Thursday at 1:00 to pick up the order.
I went and waited two and a half hours. Weekday lunch.
