We booked a table for 3 family's, 6 adults and 9😳children, we had pretty much half the pub to ourselves as there was so many of us, what a welcome we received such a friendly landlady, the real ales all brewed onsite were amazing and the food is in my eyes ridiculously cheep but absolutely great quality. We had a... More

Nine of us went out for an evening meal at this pub. We were made most welcome & the staff were friendly & helpful. The food was wholesome & well cooked & most reasonably priced. There were two vegetarian options & all meals were served with freshly cooked seasonal vegetables. Main course meals were under £8.00 but the quality was... More

During a camping trip I wanted to sample some beers created by The Six Bells brewery. The pub was very welcoming, as were the staff and locals. All four of us - me, my wife and children - enjoyed the visit and even a game of dominoes. Would definitely recommend it and go back.

Popped in for a Restorative drink after a walk over the hills. Super little pub. Some great real ales which the friendly land lord is happy for you to try first. Dogs are welcome, and the resident dogs are so friendly dog and well behaved. We didn't eat, but i think there's food available So lovely to be able to... More

We always try to visit the Six Bells at least once a year. When Big Nev sold up 2-3 years ago we worried that someone might come in and change the character of the pub. Fortunately the new owners have kept up the good work and the pub is still one the best you will visit. The bar is just... More

We dropped in to the Six Bells , a pub (Brewery tap) we have visited in the past. The beer was still excellent, and the atmosphere very friendly. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This is the most dog friendly pub I have ever been in. We first visited on the Friday night which is fish and chips night, the landlord managed to squeeze us in despite not booking, the food was very good, we then sat in the lounge, and had a couple of beers, and we where made very welcome, Saturday was... We were in Shropshire escaping the 'Christmas Experience' in our home city of Bath, Somerset. We wanted peace & quiet, nothing commercial, minimal frill and fuss and did we ever pick the perfect spot here. This is a pub from another age and is the tap for the Six Bells Brewery on site - and on a site stinking of... More
