Very good local seafood in downtown square of San Felice Circeo. Fresh fish everyday caught by local fisherman. Also has many meat dishes including local lamb. Have the house wine. Very reasonable prices.

Great compliments to the staff, namely to Martha, Erika and Luciano. I really enjoyed every single dinner. Food was also excellent. Bravi !

Obviously a fish place (don't go there if you are looking for steaks), quite crowded with tables along the porch overlooking the harbor. There are also tables inside, but outside - weather permitting- is better. Nice sea food (pasta alle vongole and risotto alla pescatora) and acceptable selection of wines. Reservations required but often they make a lot of a... More

I don't like see food so the only standard not including see things food was steak. It was tough and stringy, defiantly not the best meat quality. At the end I gave it to cats on the street. Will not recommend you this place if you do't like see food.

surprised this place gets such good reviews. Had a seafood pasta, very lacking in taste. I then asked and pointed to fillet steak on the menu. I got served a flat rump steak that was 'welldone' / overcooked and an accompanying salad that was withered and unappetising. Wait staff didn't seem bothered. Wine was good although no thanks to the... More

Have to try the Vongole. Awsome! There are good wines and fresh sea food. It's absolutely the best restaurant in San Felice di Circeo.

This is a favorite after visiting the beach in sabaudia. Take a drive up into the hilltop town of Circeo and have a fabulous dinner overlooking the valley. Grottino serves up some wonderful seafood dishes...the cozze/mussels were amazing and the orata fish was salt crusted and served (4) adults very easily. This is an expensive place to eat. The fish... It only took us 15 years to revisit this gem of a restaurant that we'd first discovered in 1981and the food was just as good. For our first visit of the 21st century the blue and white table clothes jogged the memory as we wandered round the old town of San Felice Circeo. My partner claims this was the first... More

This is a great choice if you want to eat at a restaurant after a day at the beach. We ordered mussels, which were exquisite and spaghetti alle vongole, which were also good. The waiter was a little insistent on having us order more food and that was a little annoying but overall we enjoyed the night.
