This great venue is fast becoming a favourite, great location, good choice of food at reasonable prices, well stocked bar and friendly staff. Plenty of parking as well.

A great place for good priced and generous portion sized meals, very friendly staff, lots to choose from, the whole club is clean and tidy, didn't have to wait for our meals, which were delivered hot. Definately will be going back

Just had a great Melbourne Cup day. So well done Covid wise! The lunch was absolutely delicious and hot! Don’t know how they do it. The servers were all excellent and very pleasant. Will definitely go back next year!

We went to this club a few years ago and had a really lovely meal so chose to return recently to take a friend there when in the area. The staff were super friendly which was nice and food was served promptly plus the view...is great. My husband and friend both ordered the salt and pepper squid which was $20 each and was served with chips and salad. So disappointing that in this day and age it was out of a packet and in our opinion inedible as it had no taste. I had the sate chicken which was served with rice and salad. It was ok but nothing special. Coffee wasn’t crash hot either. Need to change the coffee or the barista. Would we return? Sadly no. Large menu, nice outlook on deck overlooking lake. I had lunch special of panko prawns, chips and salad which was 6 prawns, decent amount of chips and better than normal side salad with tasty dressing. We went on for Friday lunch and there was a...lot of people.More

A group of us had a range of meals, all quite good. The corn bread was a tad dry and very filling. Meals were prepared and served quite quickly, all up we enjoyed.

Five of us attend every Monday. Hopefully that says something about our overall satisfaction here. The food is first class and varied. They have daily specials to boot. Plenty of seating, and wonderful lakeside views. Staff and friendly and the service excellent. Crowd is usually...families and older folks. It’s a very friendly and totally worthwhile experience. Haven't been here for quite a while and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the standard is still as good as ever. The restaurant has a broad menu with most dietary preferences/needs catered for. The eatery is as busy as ever but there are...plenty of inside and verandah table options. Still it doesn't hurt to book. Try to get a nice table by the window and enjoy the spectacle of Lake Macquarie in any weather. Our food arrived promptly and all of us enjoyed the meals we selected. This establishment serves the typical club fare and not a great deal more. The verandah dining area is quite hot in the summer and the fans don't really keep it cool enough.

Plenty of room to spread out, with beautiful views of the lake. The meals were generous and served promptly, with a large selection to choose from, Definitely recommend the venue for either small or large groups

I dine here most Saturday nights and it is a great spot for all occasions. I think the food is well priced and overall I am pretty happy each night. The $12 meals are also very generous. I tend to go for either the steak...or schnitzel each night and am always satisfied, the Diane sauce is delicious.More
