Great customer service, friendly staff. Amazing range of gelato and ice cream, we had coffee and a chocolate really delicious - serving size was adequate a little expensive but understandable as everything has to come from the mainland. There is good seating if you want to sit

I had done the hike to Horseshoe Bay from Forts Junction. The afternoon trek was seriously hot and when I arrived I bought a Frosty Fruit at the local convenience store to help cool down. After a little while as I walked to the bus stop to head back to Nelly Bay, I noticed the ice-cream counter in Adele’s. It’s hard to pass up an ice-cream on a warm summers afternoon while waiting for your ride. So I bought a cone of the Oreo ice-cream and did not regret it 😋

I'm addicted to their iced chocolate, iced coffee, affogato and gelato. There is a mysterious secret ingredient in their iced chocolate and coffee as I have never been able to replicate anything close to as good at home. Probably, it's the generous scoop of superb gelato that does it. Their affogato is sublime - high quality gelato and espresso coffee with an optional shot of liqueur - either Kaluah or Frangelico. Mamma mia!!

One Scoop Scabs! We just wanted a single scoop in a cup each and the serving size was so tiny I thought my wife was trolling me when she returned with it in hand. Price burn. You’d be better off going to the local food works and buying a tub and some plastic spoons. No idea why people think this is at all reasonable.

Greeted by sign sayin Cash Only due to no signal, yet I have no issue with the signal.
Coffees were very ordinary.
Gelato was good, Passion Fruit slice was ok but Cheesecake was sickly sweet.

I went to this place to get takeaway food, but I didn't have my phone to do the scan in covid thing. The lady at the counter said she could do it for me but was incredibly rude about it. After not remembering the exact address of where I was staying, I did tell her where I was staying and the road and house number - but she was incredibly rude. Perhaps she was having a rough day. She huffed, rolled her eyes, and acted as if I was the bane of her existence. Because she was so rude and huffy about me being there, I decided to leave. I'm not sure what the food is like, but honestly you can get amazing food WITH great service in so many other places on the island. Not worth going here.

I’m honestly disgusted by the owners after seeing them kick out a family after their toddler was crying not even having a tantrum but crying cause he was upset and they were made to leave half way through their ice creams.
I was also there with my young family and could barely hear their child.
After speaking to the family then to the owners for the owners to tell me “what’s it to me” and then say “we’ll we are not a crèche” this family was sitting outside furthest away from the building next to the footpath.
After the owner coming to the table bath young kids 2ish and 3/4 ish were up set and the older one was asking why that mean man made them leave.
The parents were doing a fantastic job in helping their young one work through his emotions.
Just disgusting way to treat people.
They need to change their tune.

Wouldn’t take small children there. Would find another place that sells ice cream as this was a very unpleasant place to be. The ice cream used to be a lot better too.

My children and I came for the crepes, waffles and gelato and they were amazing! The kids wanted me to write "When we are your food we were in heaven" - they loved the food and the service.

Have always loved having an ice cream here with our 3 kids. We travel over from Townsville on a regular occasion and this is a must stop for our kids 💖

Very friendly welcome, good selection of gelato. I recommend the raspberry, and my husband enjoyed the mango. Great reward for completing the walk to and from beautiful Radical Bay!
