Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We chanced upon this small and pleasant cafe while visiting Yandina. A good menu for a small cafe and the range of fresh juices was impressive. Friendly service and reasonable prices which would tempt us back there.

I really enjoyed my chicken caesar wrap and cuppacino from Invigor8 Yandina and I found the staff very friendly. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Ordered an Iced coffee which came out warm, asked why and was told that it had hot coffee in it! I stated that it should be cold and come either with ice or ice cream, the rude owner stated no it does not! Owner then...asked me if l wanted a scone (flies on them and not covered), l stated no l would like a refund. She then yelled at me "no refunds, as not their fault that iced coffee is warm!" What the???? Also ordered eggs Benedict, came out on a paper plate, one egg and 1/2 a piece of burnt Turkish bread and something that resembled hollandaise sauce.......yuck, foul tasting....any wonder that they encourage dogs at the tables (get rid of the evidence)! The place is disgusting, the food is appalling and the owner is unbelievably rude and arrogant! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER! Don't waste your money, this would have to be the worst cafe l have ever been too for a long time! Hopefully they will do customers a favour a day close the doors. The council also needs to go in and check their food licence, l would be surprised if it is up to date! Absolutely disgraceful!More

We waited too long (40 minutes) for simple breakfast food. Served on disposable plates. Water cups were also disposable. Food was mostly OK. But simple food should be easy to do very well. Young front of house staff were not up to industry standard ie...trained.More

Went here based on reviews but I feel a change of owner operator must have occurred. Plenty of staff, but we had to ord er at counter, staff seemed to get instructions which overhearing were not especially clear. Tables were not cleaned immediately after people...left. Appearances of meals could be greatly improved by using real plates. The takeaway style one use plate as are too small and not appropriate for dining in, though would be quite smart for takeaway. Finally the breakfasts were bland. Suggest watch a Girdon Ramsey video or two on bacon and eggs for inspiration, where he will suggest sourdough. The claimed Turkish bread was not quite right. The coffee was actually ok. But took forever. Suggestion. Ask people if they want coffee first or with meal. You can then speed up coffees to those who just want coffee, as it was everyone seemed to have to wait in turn and you lost walk in coffee sales that would hmmm ot wait. With some customer focus could be so much more. Good luckMore

Not sure what's going on with Cafe Invigor8 but it used to be our go to when visiting the Sunshine Coast. We went there on a Saturday morning around 11:30am and saw a special that read "Smashed avocado and coffee for $12.95," which we thought...was a pretty good deal. I also ordered a chai latte on soy milk and opted for the sticky/wet leaves instead of the powder. The chai latte came out minutes after we placed our order and sat down. It tasted like soy milk with a faint taste of actual chai. I don't usually return things (and returning a hot drink seems ridiculous), but it was also pretty ridiculous drinking hot milk. The staff member wasn't apologetic at all when I went back to the counter. She took it out the back and came back and said, "yes - it's soy milk." I had to explain the issue again and once on the same page, she came back out to our table with half an espresso cup full of chai which again, was not strong and didn't really change the taste much. I don't think they understand the process of making a chai latte using the leaves.. The saddest part of the whole experience was the "smashed avocado on toast" we ordered. It came out on two tiny pieces of Turkish bread with what we could only describe as jar guacamole. It had terrible texture and taste - like a tangy thin spread of green baby food. Certainly NOT smashed avocado. It was topped with 2 (yep TWO), pieces of baby spinach and some red onion. It was terrible and false advertising at that. We used to love this cafe but won't be returning again. Lots of other lovely little haunts on the Coast that actually care about the food they are serving which we will be spending our money with when visiting in future.More

Good choice of breakfast with vegan options. I had vegan breakfast with home made beans, spinach, mushroom, tomato, avocado. Good size portion. Casual place without much atmosphere in Main Street. Garden has a few tables outside which was fine.

Food and drinks were good. If you like to eat alone, as food did not arrive at same time. Son got his smoothie by the time we were finished. Over $65 for 3 brekkys. Not good service or value for money.

Was a nice place to stop in for lunch, not far off the M1. Lots of healthy and vegan options, but it would be great to see an option or two on the menu for kids, however they were accommodating when an alternative was requested....We had burgers and juices which were delicious. We had some entertainment while we ate as we watched the lizards in the back garden.More

Overall this was a disappointing cafe-dining experience. The water glasses we were given appeared to be dirty - we asked for clean ones - and the same grimy looking glasses came back to us. The food was ordinary - big dry tasteless chunks of chicken...in a poorly put together burger served on a disposable plate ... that seemed weird. Other meals were also unappetising ... as was the atmosphere and service.More

My partner and I plus a couple of friends visited here (our 4th time) yesterday and we love it! Delicious food, and coffee is always 10/10! Lots of tasty vegan and gluten free options. Very fairly priced and generous portions. We will be back :)

Heard so much about this place so went out of our way for breakfast...very disappointing...Vegan Big Breakfast was a collection of reheated leftovers or it tasted like it and the Omnivore Big Breakfast wasn’t much better...really disappointing...only saving grace was good coffee!

Hello, you can bring your dog but our four legged friends can only sit with you out the front of the cafe, as the back garden is considered enclosed by the council. We have two dog friendly tables out the front. Best to book... More
