Thank you very much for the kind words. We try very hard to get it right. We are glad you enjoyed your lunch with us and hope you had a pleasant day in town.-Steve.
So after walking around the market we headed to our favourite cafe, Le Patio cafe with mum who was visiting from NZ. We said our bonjour’s as we headed through the cafe straight up to the lovely raised terrace for our lunch. The service is...always friendly and efficient. The menu caters for all so a baguette, toastie and quiche were all ordered with drinks. All the food was presented very nicely with the added bonus of a small salad to accompany the toastie and baguette and chips and salad with the quiche all very flavoursome. Steve (the owner) who does all the baking and cooking takes time out to come and greet his customers which is a nice touch during his busy schedule. So if your ever in the heart of The town and feeling thirsty or hungry go pop into Le Patio you won’t be disappointed 👍 See you again soon . John, Kathy and Rosemary willMore
Guys Thank you very much Steve
We stumbled across this quirky cad e and we were really glad that we did. We sat in the terrace and had a very tasty lunch, the food was freshly prepared and there was a really good selection of dishes including English bacon butties. the...American pancakes were excellent. Would recommend, we really enjoyed our lunch.More
Thank you for dropping by -- Steve
The owners, Steve and Maggie, and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They genuinely care about the customer experience, and want everyone to leave happy. The service and food quality are excellent, with a wide variety of British and American fare menu items to choose...from. The outdoor terrace is superbly well-decorated, and quiet, with ample seating. Highly recommend!More
I was with a party of friends and called in at the Patio for a very pleasant lunch of fish and chips. Nicely cooked, well presented, and sensible portion sizes. The coffee was very good and, as my friends know, I'm fussy about my coffee....The service was good and we were able to sit out the back in the sunshine until we were toasted and had to move into the shade of some lovely coloured parasols. A thoroughly good visit. I will return there soon.More
We enjoyed having you!!
We were passing through Excideuil this afternoon and decided to see if Le Patio Café had opened. As we approached we saw there were people inside but a sign on the door said "opening 13th Feb" we were about to carry on walking when we...noticed someone inside beckoning us in. We were offered hot drinks although the owner was Steve was very busy preparing for the Grand Opening. It was nice to receive such a warm friendly welcome. We will definitely be going back in the very near future, the homemade Pastrami sound yummy.More

Le Patio is a real hub in Excideuil, Steve and Maggie are always welcoming and offer great home cooking. The garden is lovely for lunch and I look forward to returning to Excideuil and Le Patio.
Our first time at the cafe and it was lovely and so welcoming, we had our dog with us and she enjoyed a very big welcome and a special doggy biscuit We had the menu de jour which was a home made hamburger and was...so delicious with fries and salad and to follow a chocolate malteser cake to die for, wow and a great coffee. We would certainly recommend and will be back very soon to sample moreMore
We have visited Le Patio Cafe several times already during our stay in Excideuil and we love it. The place has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food and service are both excellent - the owners and other staff are all brilliant. Le Patio...Cafe is also a great place to meet and chat to local people. The patio out the back is beautiful on a sunny day and the cozy area by the fire is perfect when the weather is cold. And fantastic cakes! Top marks.More
