Had dinner during my Camino, menu for 13 euros with starter, main, dessert and wine. The food was homemade and quantity was impressive. This really comforted me after a long walk. Recommended!!!

The food is really good and great value for money. It is not the cheapest option but good. The "Cordero" was really tasty and the salad is big and fresh. The wine "navarro del año " is good.

About a week into the Camino, it's in Estella some pilgrims begin to feel sore, sad, confused and homesick. There is a big bus station in Estella. In the morning you'll see lot's of pilgrims waiting to take them off the trail. I know how they feel. By the time I hit Estella I was ready to abandon the pilgrimage... More

You will not believe how good the food is...and the price! Great staff. Only thing you might not like is there are no early Pilgrim meals--but definitely worth waiting for supper.

Had lunch took the menu and the food was great! The restaurant is full of locals so it's a real recommendation. The man serving (described before) fits to the atmosphere. Polish your Spanish and enjoy the culture.

The location of this accommodation is great as it is very central in Viana, but being above a bar the noise is just intense. We stayed there on a Saturday and the last patrons stopped yelling at 3am. The room was basic but the private bathroom had a shower only and for the toilet we had to get out of... More

We arrived in Estella at 9.30, got to the main plaza just before 10pm. Some friendly older men just back from music practice recommended we go around the corner to Casanova restaurant. It's on the 1st floor (not ground floor) of a building. The tired looking man barely acknowledged us. An Asian woman came over, was very helpful in explaining... More

Maybe they were having a bad day... it wasn't very busy and there wasn't much atmosphere in the somewhat stuffy dining room. We were served by a rude man who appeared to work in the kitchens- we had to ask several times to see a menu and he didn't seem to have a lot of patience for us. We ordered... More

Although, there are some positive reviews, we were underwhelmed and very put off by the complete lack of atmosphere. We chose the 12 euro menu and it was uninspiring and very basic. We have had so must better in other restaurants on our Camino journey. We wished we had just picked tapas/pintos in a busy local bar instead.

Well, later than anywhere else for dinner. Restaurant on floor above bar. At 9pm the place was empty but they say me down and fed me anyways. 12 euros for the menu del dia, and it was quite good, though I got the feeling that the staff would rather have had the night off.
