We always stop at The Dam Pub while we are in Thornbury or Collingwood. The service is always excellent and it is just a real cozy spot to settle in for a nice pint and some great food. It can get busy but they always seem to make room. I would totally recommend to anyone!

The Dam Pub in Thornbury is one of the best reasons to go to the Blue Mountain/Collingwood/Thornbury area. The food is wonderful, highly recommend the Lamb Shank, and if you're a Scotch fan, there are 808 different varieties on offer. There are also 3 different Scotch tastings you can try, each of them having 3 different Scotches that compliment each... More

I was staying in Collingwood for a long weekend & a friend suggested we try this place called The Dam Pub about 20 minutes from where we were staying. I looked it up and saw it had over 800 WHISKIES! I'm a huge whisky lover and I can tell you that I've never had such a truly authentic overseas experience... More

We loved sitting outside on the patio for lunch. There's a great selection of drinks and food on the menu (and if you're a whiskey drinker, you've got over 800 to choose from)! Our server was helpful and friendly. This place is busy so you might want to make a reservation.

Have eaten at The Dam pub a fed times now. Last time was February 24 2017. 808 whiskies now, son and I tried a few. Waitress was very helpful with choices. Had the Haggis appetizer, seems to be our favorite. First time for the Lamd shank. AWESOME. Being coming our favorite place, when we are in the area.

Great pub atmosphere with lots of gluten free options for guests to select from. Great selection of drinks and delicious food. I would recommend making a reservation and could use more parking, but great experience overall!

We have been to this restaurant a number of times and have had brunch, lunch and dinner there. Waitstaff are friendly, service is good and the menu offers a good variety of choices. Classic pub food like fish and chips and shepherd's pie share the menu with curried vegetables and chicken supreme. Portions are generous - you won't go away... More

This is more than a pub; it's a very very good restaurant. We went on Sunday and were able to enjoy the prime rib dinner with huge Yorkshire servings. Be sure to make reservations.

Extended family meal for 8 people. Went on Rib night, so ordered the ribs. Not really fall off the bone. Nothing wrong, just not great. Wine is expensive
