you get the most out of the Cretan food in this nice and cozy restaurant but the friendly service and atmosphere is the winner. Enjoy the various plates and raki that goes along with it. It will cost you about Euro 30 for a couple.

Amazing local food - might be the best we tasted. A meal at our hotel restaurant was very nice but around 100 EUR for dinner/lunch so we decided to eat at a different place each day. We came here on our way to Spinalonga. The staff is nice and helpful. Especially the waitress whose name I can't remember. She became... More

The season is coming to an end but there is still a nice ambience here. A lovely chilled out place. Friendly, laid back staff and good food and drinks too. A pretty place for coffee...dinner ...evening drinks.

We are staying in the Blue Palace hotel just 2 min away from Plaka. We were at the Carob tree a year ago and now came back. The food and service are amazing! Very tasty fresh and authentic Greek food. We had 5-6 starters, all of them delicious Grilled sea bass for main course, fresh juices etc, all for less... More

Ate here on three occasions... 2 dinners and lunch. Each were very good indeed. Interesting and different complimentary mezes on each occasion. Enjoyed good pork, chicken and a lovely vegetarian moussaka. Don't be put off by reviews about being situated on a main road ... it is pretty quiet and mainly local traffic.

Least impressive of the three restaurants we tried in Plaka although still decent. The atmosphere was great although it's a shame it's right next to the 'main' road Service was a little slow Portions were small for what the price was but this was also the only restaurant that did not add bread to the bill automatically

We went for dinner. Staff were friendly but food was cold and not what was described, we ordered the specials, the lamb was fatty, boiled awful. Won't be going back

We made the journey from Elounda to Plaka twice, so that we could eat here. Not disappointed in any way either time. Location on the main road is not the best but you do see a lot of the village life from there. Highly recommended by two foodies.

Our company is located in a small seaside village. In our space homemade traditional cuisine with fresh local ingredients leading to the remarkable wine list of local organic producers, and in combination with the user-friendly interface and highly trained staff creates a valuable option for relaxation and enjoyment. Our shop serves traditional breakfast with fresh fruit juices, homemade cakes and pies. You can choose from our menu, appetizers and main dishes cooked with love and respect to raw materials. Do not forget to try the excellent Tarama and homemade pie Mrs. Ritchie. Also a very interesting proposition is the cocktail serve with fresh ingredients. Occasionally we organize musical evenings with local music without microphones and sound installations, so that we become a company.
