Enjoyed an hour's meeting sat outside the Terrace with a contact. It's a sheltered spot, despite being on the main street through Saltaire, and although traffic rumbles past it's not a distraction. We were served perfect coffees - a latte and a cappuccino - and were not made to feel we had to drink up and go. A good spot... More

Faultless. Personal welcome from owner which was followed up by excellent attentive staff all evening. Our group were enticed by every item on the menu. Indeed we all made different choices and every dish was a winner. This is not a fish and chips for a tenner establishment. You pay a little more but the quality is incomparable. Add in... More

Visited with two other couples recently on a busy Saturday night. I've tried quiet a few things on the menu over the last couple of years but must say the Persian lamb was to die for. Served on a flat bread, plenty of salad and raita. Easily the best meal I've had anywhere in a very long time.

Four people with completely different tastes enjoyed a great Breakfast here one morning. We had Pain au Chocolate with Plain Yogurt , Eggs Florentine , Poached Eggs on Toast and Pancakes with Maple Syrup . Great looking menu for next time we are in the area. Friendly staff throughout .

Excellent food well cooked and served hot, lovely coffee, polite staff, what more can you say? We only had simple beans on toast, and poached eggs on toast, but I am of the opinion, if you can do the simple things well, then the restaurant dishes must be fantastic. will definitely be calling again.

We have been regulars of the Terrace for quite some time, typically brunch on a weekend, and we have never been disappointed, until now. A selected braised lamb dish with suet proved to be very disappointing considering that the suet could not be a a penatrated with even the sharpest knife on the table. The much anticipated desert was ruined... More

A small restaurant on the main street which sees people bustle in and out at a remarkable pace. It is a popular place for locals and requires booking in advance on weekends. The muscles were in a 'good to the last drop' soup of aniseed, onions, garlic, white wine and peppers. The gratin d'aubergine was deliciously seasoned but was not... More

We visited here on a Monday evening for dinner .The place is small and gorgeous, red checked table cloths ,candlelit tables excellent food and service . We didn't have to book as it was Monday , but would guess it would be necessary as the week goes on . We loved the choice on the menu and the flexibility offered... More
