We went to this restaurant on Easter Monday for lunch, a group of friends with children in tow. The staff makes you feel immediately at ease and tries in every way to satisfy your "cravings", we ate divinely (the cacio e pepe with truffle really toppppp...) and spent the right amount (35 euros), considering that we they brought two first courses (with "carryover"), the salted suckling pig as the second course with a hint of spit-roasted cockerel, bottled wine, water and final dessert (homemade tiramisu).....and also coffee; we had a great time and if we were in the area we would return.....we highly recommend it. Vote ten.

We had dinner with colleagues, they gave us a fixed menu for 35 euros including drinks. Value for money is excellent. The starter is ok, but the truffle scramble was really insignificant, the bacon with balsamic and rocket, in my opinion was a little too burnt because in fact it was very salty in the mouth. The cacio e pepe pasta was cooked well but lacked personality. I liked the gnocchi but the cooking was a bit overdone.....the best was the roast lamb, which was worth it for the whole dinner. Thanks to Ares who made me the corgo dish....For my taste the place isn't properly lit, but this is an obsession of mine, and I wouldn't go back. Thank you

We often come to this restaurant because it eats well and is very cute. The owners are nice and kind and consigluano you at best. Prices are not cheap, but I recommend taking the full appetizer which is great and could be a full meal on its own.

Very long waiting times, with the dirty dishes of the first course in front of us for a long time, when we asked for explanations the owner spoke with arrogance telling us that we had to call a waiter to have us remove the dirty dishes, when we replied she invited us to pay the bill. Terrible approach to customers despite having staff trying to make up for the "landlady's" gaffes. She didn't even listen to her husband who recommended a €20 discount given her serious attitude. In Umbria there are many places where you can eat divinely, but the manners and the welcome make the difference. If we never see each other again, I advise against it to everyone.

I don't like commenting on other people's work, especially if it is considered completely negative. I won't go into the quality of the food so as not to put my finger on it, but I can't do the same for the service which was terrible to say the least. We asked to replace some dirty cutlery, it was the same, it arrived with the same stain in the same place as the one they had taken away...outstanding...endless wait after the starters and finally when it seemed close the arrival of the first courses and then the second courses were served... the owner comes to justify himself by saying that during the order we had asked that all the first courses and the second courses be served together... imaginative... but the icing on the cake was when after the first course we got up and we went to the cashier to pay...none of those who served us asked why we were leaving without waiting for the rest of the dishes, the owner disappeared and a waiter showed up at the cashier who asked us what we had taken because he didn't he knew nothing... bewildered... P.s.: for the waitress with beautiful hair blowing in the wind: the money of people from the south has the same value as that of people from the north, and even if these individuals, not very nice for your tastes, do not deserve your respect at least try to show education for those like us who come to the business where you work as customers and bring money without which your owner couldn't pay you at the end of the month...

We're not quite there. My family and I went there by reservation expecting to spend a pleasant evening; needless to say, it was quite the opposite. The staff is totally absent, disorganized and without a minimum of respect towards the customer. Waiting times too long. We had to wait 20 minutes to be served and they even managed to forget the ordered wine which had been requested several times. After we complained about this, the waitress also shrugged her shoulders in a sign of nonchalance making us wait any longer. The location, in context, is nice, it's a shame that there are sometimes vehicles in circulation that leak gas and intoxicate those who eat out. Really a shame because, despite everything, the food is very good.

I went to this restaurant with colleagues. The starter of the house quite varied and I would say fairly good. As for the first, that is tagliolini cacio e pepe e truffle were absolutely cooked and looked like a pile of glue for the posters. SERVICE in the norm but the price exaggerated. A first course, an appetizer, a dessert, two beers 50 €.

If I could have given less than one star I would have done so. We arrive first at 12.20pm after having booked... the place is still empty... we order two appetizers (one of which is cold cuts, so nothing elaborate) and three first courses. ..Slowly the place fills up...everyone eats...even those who arrived two hours after us...after several reminders for having only received the appetizers we are reassured that the first courses are on their way out...but that What we get are just some ravioli that we never ordered... at 2.20pm I ask for the bill and we leave amidst the embarrassment of the waiters. Shameful.

I stopped for lunch mainly because of the excellent reviews but I must say in all honesty that not all that glitters is gold. I'll start by saying that I have nothing to complain about regarding the quality but I was perplexed by the organization of the waiters in the room, they seemed dazed. Let's start with the orders: two strangozzi with truffles and strangozzi with cherry tomatoes and pesto are served instead, so further waiting for the first courses. Once the first courses arrive I ask if it is possible to have some pecorino cheese and Parmesan is served which unfortunately ruins the flavor of the dish. Logically the waiter passes the responsibility on to the kitchen without worrying too much about it. I have never done a restaurant but it is clear that there is something to see in this inn.

We were recommended this place and were absolutely satisfied. The service is fast and very courteous, the dishes tasty, not trivial and the portions hearty. We had a postiglione appetizer, maltagliati with porcini and chickpeas and a pasta with bacon and pecorino cheese, all great. We will definitely recommend it and will be back again! Fair prices given the quality.

We stayed for dinner in this place with 2 other couples of friends with children in tow .. we were really good and with really fair prices! We ordered a typical appetizer very varied a first each (but for us the that we come from Rome there cheese and pepper truffle nn beats) and for second a lamb stew also this of another category and congratulations to the staff who is very attentive kind and qualified! Promoted with flying colors

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful, but above all the food is simply sublime! I ordered a stringino with Chianina ragĂą, followed by grilled fillet with a side of grilled potatoes served with the skin. Both dishes were prepared with care and love, and each bite was a real pleasure for the taste buds. The wine proposed by the sommelier was a perfect match. I can only highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good Italian cuisine. I will definitely return

During a trip to Spello, my husband and I found ourselves having lunch in this restaurant. I was a little hesitant, because I can't eat gluten and I thought I wouldn't find much choice. Instead, I was truly amazed not only by the helpfulness of the dining room staff, but also by the exceptional flavor of what was served to me: first of all, to accompany the cured meats, I was offered hot gluten-free bread and, following this, the The restaurant had a gluten-free pasta format, similar to fettuccine, to be served with a sauce of your choice from those on the menu. For the second course I chose a slice of beef literally "snowy" with truffles and roasted potatoes. My husband, however, chose fresh pasta tagliolini "cheese, pepper and truffle" and braised wild boar. A truly pleasant lunch, in an intimate and welcoming environment.

The place is very nice and clean, the staff friendly and nice. Reading the menu I thought....the restaurant of my dreams. Nothing I ate impressed me. The plating of dishes without any care! We took 2 appetizers: The platter of mixed cheeses all had the same flavor... in the sense that the basic cheese was fresh... it was flavored but didn't taste like anything... I would have preferred different cheeses seasoning. Even the second starter didn't convince me at all... I don't like livers so I asked if it was possible to remove them... they eliminated the livers served separately but offered them to me in the form of bruschetta!!! The homemade first courses were good...both the gnocchi with Sagrantino and the tagliatelle with cheese, pepper and truffle...but very small portions. For the second course, 1 suckling pig... that is, 2 slices of porchetta on a huge plate... 1 side dish of grilled vegetables with slightly too burnt potatoes. 1 normal tiramisu. Bottled water, wine and 1 coffee...total 102 euros! Really too expensive

I had dinner with my daughters in this beautiful restaurant which I highly recommend. Comfortable and very beautiful environment with brick arches and vaults. Even though our table was near the bathroom, a screen shielded the front door quite well. Really excellent quality food and fast service from the very kind waiter. A little less efficient was the waitress who, without ever smiling, often left empty bottles, plates and condiments no longer needed on the table.
