Very good pasta, truffles, tasty beef. Not enough long vine list. Very welcoming service, but it seemed that waiter not often came to us. Not good waiter's knowledge of English. Total - good Italian food

I made a reservation for this reastaurant to go with a couple of local Italian friends. They knew that this place was one of the best in Italy in the 60-70's. Have not been here recently. The restaurant is in the main street of the city, Via Cavour. The waiter wa incredibly friendly and accomodting and offereed godd sugestions. The... More

We enjoyed a very nice dinner. We were a bit frazzled when we arrived and were also a hour and a half early for our reservation. The staff doesn't speak much English but they were very accommodating and seated us immediately. Service was attentive and our waiter spoke just enough English. Food was very good from antipasti to primi to... More

We were a family of four sitting outside under clean umbrellas with crisp linen table cloths. Restaurants up and down via Cavour were filled with others eating pizza and pasta. No shortage of great places to eat in Spello - all with great views. Four of us ate lunch including a bottle of local wine for 90 Euros.

Lunched today with concern its setting on the main drag - if it can be called that - of Spello would be its main attraction. No need for concern. Sample of Umbrian cold cuts was awesome and made even better by delicious bread served in unique paper container. Pasta with citrus cream sauce was delicious as was pasta with mushrooms.... More

We stopped for Lunch at Ristorante Molino. The Restraunt is very nice, the food we had leaves a lot to be desired. I found it very bland and somewhat lacking in taste. The service on a scale of 1 to 10 was perhaps a 5. Forgot part of our order and was not overly attentive to our needs. Unfortunate as... More
