Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I went there for the happy hours and to enjoy the sunset. The atmosphere was very pleasant after a day exploring the surroundings at full heat. It was so nice that I decided to stay for dinner, which was good although on the expensive side.

We were staying in Le Panorama hotel and went to this restaurant for dinner every night. It is a great place to have afternoon drinks and enjoy the sunset. The food is very good - the chef's recommendations in the local menu are truly recommended....Green curry is super good too!More

The only roof top restaurant/bar in Pakse. The staff is very friendly, there is an happy hour and the food is good and not too expensive. Maybe the best place in South-Laos for a sundowner!

A bit unsure how this place got so much of good reviews when the food was just so so. Staffs were inattentive and slow!! the only good about this place is the "Panorama" other than that.. Nothing!!

We had a lovely dinner at this restaurant Ona recent visit to Pakse. The views were great but the food matched them, both Asian and western cuisines. Not cheap by Laos standards but well worth it. Some smokers which was a pain, they should ban them

If you really want an upscale dining experience this is the place to go. We tried it out twice - first for drinks and then for a dinner for 9. The set-up is beautiful at the rooftop with nice lounge music and very relaxing atmosphere....Service is very attending however making 9 G&T took way more time then one would expect. Food was really nicely presented and tasty. For some of us the medium done duck was too rear - no problems, they took it back and served it again more done in no time. All together very pleasant experience .More

Situated on the top of the Pakse Hotel this is a great place to come after a day of travellering or sightseeing for a sundowner at sunset across the Mekong River. Later for dinner there’s a choice of good burgers and local dishes. Either of...each is first class . Service is efficient and friendly ..indeed courteous.More

We decided to take in the Pakse skyline at night at this recommended rooftop bar. We had a few cold Beerlaos and enjoyed the view. Reasonable price for the beer. Would recommend.

I come to this beautiful spot as often my living in Europe allows to do it and always with great pleasure. For these reasons I think that I'm perfectly justified in waving to the owners to take care of all details. The two last times...I was there the oil in which had been fried the potatoes was absolutely used out and horrible: if you really want serve hamburgers in a place of this standard, to which I object, they should be really impeccable and even more so the frites to go withMore

We were there at the sunset for a sundowner. The vie is really nice an they have a happy hour - 2 for 1 cocktails (means 40T Kip for 2 cocktails). We had to classic Mojitos because this is our fav drink and they were...unfortunately horrible. A way to much of the local Lao rum which taste really strong and not comparable with an Havana or Santiago de Cuba. Food looked nice but we didn't try it.More

Went here twice during my visit to Pakse. I only ordered appetizers and drinks both times. I tried the butterfly pastries which were delicious, but did not love the bruschetta, as it was just a basic tomato chutney on cold bread. I also tried the...egg rolls, but it was way too much for one person. The flavor was decent but I would not order again. Also went for happy hour which is 5-7 (even though it is advertised until 6) and man were the Mai Tai's STRONG. I have been getting used to weak mixed drinks in Thailand and Laos, but the ones here could knock you out! I was surprised how strong they were for buy one get one drinks- very impressed. Great rooftop view, and great service. Lots of people eating burgers so they must be good. I would definitely go back again.More

Although regarded as one of the better restaurants in Pakse we were somewhat disappointed by the food and service. The panoramic view however was spectacular. Perhaps better for drinks than dining. We had dinner here one night and the second time we came we dined...elsewhere and just returned for a few glasses on wine and to enjoy the view.More
