Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It's actually not only a coffee shop but also a restaurant. We had a tasty soup, different coffies and pastries as dessert. They sell their own medium dark roasted Bachieng coffee beans. Good souvenir!

We stopped here randomly and were suprised how nice this place is. They serve really good coffee drinks. I didn‘t liked my deink at first because there was too many sugar in it and then they recognized and made me a new one. The stuff...is really kind!More

...for the monkey leashed to a tree outside of the restaurant. The coffee is very good, the setting is very nice, it's a green place just next to the road, but you don't actually hear a lot of it. Nice wooden tables and the really...good coffee would make it a perfect stop just outside of Pakse. If it weren't for the monkey. If they stop this, five stars!More

My husband and I are biking around Laos and we happened upon this place in the midst of a climb up the Bolaven Plateau. It was a welcome respite from the busy, dusty road. The latte was fantastic (best cup of coffee we've had in...Laos so far) as was the beef noodle soup. We sat next to the little waterfall out front. It was lovely! Highly recommend this place! You'll know it by the random colored pencil fence out front. Service was great, too.More
