When you're a vegetarian and you're traveling in brasil its a bit of a challenge to find good food, especially if you're on a budget. Á Brasileira has a few vegetarian options that are very original. I had the courgette stuffed with pumpkin and it was supertasty, made with a lot of attention and love. Best dish i've had in... More

Ordered a Seafood platter for two with lobster shrimp, fish and rice. Food was delicious and great that it came with an offer of a bottle of wine. Its been hard to find a restaurant here that has good White wines, and Brasiliera had really good ones. Very friendly and attentive staff! We had a great experience!! Only thing I... More

One of the few places in Bahia that serves decent chilled white wine. Great food too. Good for people watching on the main strip in Itacare.

Ended up here as the place we wanted to go was closed. It looks lovely, really well decorated. But the food was only ok. It is really expensive compared to other places we have eaten with better food. We had a mixed fish grill, and the fish was ok, although over cooked.

We went there for dinner and the food was not too bad (they serve small portions and the meat was not really cooked to order). It tasted good, but nothing special. The prices are $$$, the atmosphere and surrounding are accordingly good. The waiters speak very good english and the service was good, until we finished our dinner. When we... More

Highly overrated restaurant. Way too expensive for what you get. In my case the dish consisted 80% of potatoes with a mediocre white sauce and just a tiny piece of meat.

More 'European' in approach than most of the other restaurants in Itacare, I definitely recommend a meal here. The Beef and risotto dish I had was the best meal out in Itacare, though it was also the most expensive. Still great value, even more so when compared to eating out in Europe. The owner was very friendly and happy to... More

Fish was overcooked and very dry. The risoto was cold and tasted really bad. It was tasteless and it was like it was cooked the day before. O peixe foi servido queimado e totalmente seco. O risoto estava frio, com cara de requentado e s gosto. They charge a lot but they don't deliver. Muito caro para o que servem,... More

We ate there twice. The food is good but not amazing, the starters portions could be bigger. The meals are overpriced. The service is good amd they speak english.
