Stopped in for a drink. Food looked good, nice big plates. The rum was free flowing, with lots of rum...good hostess. Also known as Breezers Bar and Grill. Local gentleman gave us a good rundown of area. Some Canadian artifacts on wall:oils snow shows and Lacrosse stick...as surprised to see that in Barbados!

We went with friends. Charlie has now left and it has changed its name. We hoped to get some fish or Bajan food but the only food on offer was the sunday roast. It was ok but not what we really wanted as you cannot beat England for English food! Location not brilliant and had no views except of the... More

My husband and I ate here on a Saturday evening. There was one other table dining inside and just us 2 on the terrace. The food was very nice but the whole place felt miserable dark dreary interior awful music and surly staff. Its now known as Breezers.

Charlie's was Charlie. Loved the man , so dry , great company great food . One of the reasons we used to go back to Barbados every year. Sad to hear he has retired. After speaking to him last year no big surprise , unfortunately.

Charlies was a bit sketchy. It's dirty, drinks were overpriced, service is unfriendly and almost non-existant. We stayed for a rum, just to say we did it, but not worth a visit.

It's not Charlie's anymore, it's Breezy or something close to that. Rachel, the former cook is also gone. The problem is it is still old, smelly and the food lacks any flavor and flare. The music is pounding even when it's mostly empty. There are a lot of great little finds on the island, this is not one of them.
