The restaurant is in Zafferana main square. Nothing fancy, the place is small, but cosy. The personnel is very kind. The menu offers a limited selection of apetizer, pasta and main courses. And this is what I like of this places: few options, but very limited possibility to get it wrong. Both the two kind of pasta we ordered were... More

The food is very good and the portions are very large. The price was also very reasonable. With a visit.

The food was phenomenal! You enjoy every bite and every sip! Try the meatballs with lemon leaves. The local wine is one of a million - red and white! The fungi are delicious and freshly delivered. Don't miss the epicurean pleasures!

This restaurant offers great food (espcially the antipasti rustico are very worthwile) at reasoneable prices. Personell is friendly. There are tables inside and outside on the piazza of the village. Great choice if you are looking for a restaurant in Zafferana!

We chose this place for lunch because it was mentioned in an article in the New York Times travel section. The tiny restaurant is set on the far end of a plaza in this small mountain resort town. The view is great, but the weather didn't cooperate so we had to sit inside. The bruschetta was delicious (just tomatoes, not... More

Situated at a marvelous place with a great view all over the sea, serving delicious food, this restaurant is a big disaster as a result of the stupid and total uninterested waiters. Forgetting part of the orders, bringing the wrong drinks, giving bad attention to guests. Despite the good food I'll not visit this place anymore.

We thought we'd try it because of the good reviews. The view was nice and sitting on the plaza was entertaining. But like the other poor reviews, the service was awful. The food was fine. Nothing special. The Sicilian pizza was a doughy deep fried calzone with a lacking of filling and no real seasoning. The dessert was even rather... More

We went on a Monday evening. Sat down around 7:15pm. They officially open at 7:30am. The restaurant in situated in the Piazza Umberto. Typical scene with square with kids running around and old people sitting on benches around the perimeter. Various shops and restaurants surrounding the piazza complete the picture. So great setting. The staff were friendly and helpful and... More

Nice location, but food and service was a let down. The mixed grill was poor( maybe I just ordered the wrong dish)and made worse by not being hot when served.
