Outstanding food, slightly pricier than the majority of restaurants in the area but well worth the extra few euros. Great local wine and perfectly cooked steak and delicious soup de poisson. The chef came out and asked us how our meal was too...a nice touch.

We are never ever disappointed in this restaurant. We come every year when we are staying in our apartment. The food is of the highest quality. We are here in March and were wanting a decent meal, very few are understandably open, but thankfully Les Molieres is. I had smoked duck and pear salad with a goats cheese toast, with a... More

Good cooking, nice view. Enjoyed our first dinner out here a lot. The menu is not big but they make effort to make things nice, the flavours were really good.

A Friday lunchtime and we were the only customers, but we were given a warm welcome by the chef Pierre and his wife. The food was delicious, from a lovely home produced fois gras with a magical courgette confiture, followed by young mussels in a creamy provencal sauce, ending with a pistachio and raspberry creme brulee. Throughout, Pierre's experience and... More

Delicious food from start to finish. Warm friendly relaxed atmosphere. If you in the Gruissan area, try this restaurant , you wont be disappointed. The mussels I had as a starter, were In the tastiest sauce I have every had anywhere in France.Luckily there was plenty of bread to mop it up. Yummy.

Small restaurant away from the noise and babble with excellent service and all at a very reasonable price. All food is freshly cooked, beautifully presented and well seasoned - obviously prepared by a chef with an eye for detail and a good palate.

Almost hidden and set back between two others, but more than worthwhile the effort! Exquisite cooking, presentation of fresh products which delighted all four of us. Most appreciated was the chef coming to talk to us at the end of the meal. We will return!

This restaurant truly deserves its high ranking and plaudits from other reviewers. Small and friendly with a chef who delights in his art, everything we ate was creative and delicious. There is a choice of menus priced according to the number of courses. We ate three courses for 30 Euros and everything was sublime - described by other reviewers but... More
