We travel to Macau from time to time, we write this review to help others to prevent the similar experience we had in this restaurant. We went to this restaurant based on friends recommendations. We were happy with the service and the food was good. Until after paying our bills, the cashier lady gave us the change, and it was... More

Excellent food, unpretentious, limited but good menu, moderately priced. Takes a bit of finding, slightly off the beaten track, but worth the search. Recommend the octopus salad and seafood rice.

This small restaurant has a nice service and good portuguese food for Macau standards; that is to say that you dont eat like in Lisbon, but is close enough. The "bacalhau à Braz" (codfish) was really good even for portuguese standards, the caldo verde (soup) very tasty, with genuine portuguese "chouriço", the codfish cakes also very tasty although light on... As a portuguese family travelling for a few weeks now, we saw a fun opportunity to feel some of our flavours again in Macau. There are a lot of portuguese restaurants in Macau and we were "afraid" of trying one, because we thought it would only be good for non-portuguese tourists. We've put our Tripadvisor research aside and got into... More

This is a pleasant restaurant in Macau, offering Portuguese cuisine. The food was quite good, though not as good as the prices might suggest. The staff were very helpful and a steady stream of customers ensured that the tables were occupied.

We followed the 1-day guide in Macau and went to Ou Mun Cafe for lunch. The ambiance was nice; the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I wanted a light lunch so I ordered a pressed ham & cheese sandwich and my husband ordered the omelette with shrimps. My sandwich was small and mediocre. The shrimp omelette was very tasty... More

I was recently in Macau for a 4 day trip, and Ou Mun Cafe was a a quaint little restaurant that delivered on all the key variables I find most important when searching out a place to eat and relax after a busy day. The restaurant is very welcoming - from the homey interior to the fantastic staff who simply... More

The restaurant was fairly full on a weekday night and thankfully, easily walkable from Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul. I like how homely the place felt. The friendly staff provided great recommendations based on preparation time (guess they are quite sensitive to the tourists' schedules) and our own preferences too (asked about food allergies and what we... We stopped by here for a Portuguese meal upon arriving in Macau. My goodness it is expensive. Expect to spend an average of 150hkd per dish. That aside, the food is not bad. We ordered the fried rice, which is basically tomato fried rice (nothing special), and the excellent clam and pork dish, which is cooked in pork broth and... More
