Whenever we are staying in Monte Gordo we often walk down to Vila Real de Santo Antonio and this is a go to place for snacks and refreshments. On This occasion we had just returned from Ayamonte in Spain and were looking for a snack...to tide us over until dinner time. We ordered two teas and two baguete, the bread was lovely and crusty with plenty inside, (there are lots of fillings to choose from) and the tea was piping hot. Really recommend this cafe.More

We sat outside in the sunshine for some water and red wine . The waiter came to clear the table immediately and took our order . The staff were excellent , very attentive and polite. A great stop to sit at the edge of the...town square and watch the world go by. Great wine at a fab price..huge glasses for only 2 euros . We will be visiting the cafe again to sample the cakes and pastries on offer too.More

Quick stop here to eat, so helpful as spoke perfect English too. Huge toasties my kids could have shared. Baguettes lots of choices too both served with crisps on the side. Cake heaven for pudding!!!!! Bill wasn’t right and wasn’t really rectified and we left...as only slightly out. Perfect spot for a lunch, drink and a cake.More

If your like me, I always look for a central spot to sit and enjoy a refreshment while the ladies shop. This cafe is great, with a nice selection of items, low prices and friendly service.

Excellent spot for a quick coffee and a cake whilst shopping in Villa Real. The pastel de nata are excellent and the cafe is on the edge of the main square. Very friendly staff We’ll come again

Great selection of cakes, croissants etc. Nice location at the square and close to the harbor. Good value for the money

The pastries looked good, but we wanted a sandwich. They were okay. Price was okay. Coffee was good. Service was good.
