I have read some poor reviews about this pub but then I have read poor reviews about the most amazing holiday hotels I have ever visited so I thought I would go and see for myself, I worked in Otley for 9 years so I estimate that I have driven past the Dyneley Arms around about 4230 times so last... Been here a few times for cheap pints. Nice and cosy in winter and lovely beer garden views in summer. Had a delicious hot roast sandwich here by the fire on my last visit. 2 meals and pints less than £15. No complaints just nice old fashioned pub grub and beer

The instant impression on walking into this pub is the signs telling you all the things you can't do. Beware anyone with mud on their boots, you are clearly not welcome, toilets are for customers only, paying by card is subject to a 1.58% charge (!) and don't bother going outside for a smoke, not allowed at all in the... I sort of like this place in a weird sort of way. The organic lager tastes good and is very reasonably priced. The staff, in my opinion, are a bit unwelcoming. It's nice to sit in the nice comfy chairs and chill out in one of the many rooms but it lacks atmosphere. Could do so much better.

Go here regularly with the wife and sometimes the rest of the family too or even on my own. Pub has several different rooms to choose from to sit in and a good size beer garden for the summer. Staff are always friendly and the Sam Smiths beers are excellent. Food is generally very good and even in busy times,... More

Well placed with ample parking. Great views across the Wharfe Valley from it.s elevated position. The building has been refurbished back to it's orgional layout from open plan to lovely small intimate rooms with real fires that are cozy and welcoming. If one room has a energetic table, then hopefully you can find a room with a with a more... More

Friendly pub restaurant with intimate dinning areas. Very good menu of traditional pub grub served up in good portion sizes. All very good. My only criticism would be what felt like very dark decor and a lack of atmosphere.

We have visited the pub several times over the last few months. The food is always good, especially the pies. Prices are reasonable and staff are very friendly. You have to order at the bar though as staff do not come to the table. Overall, it's a fantastic pub, great for the family. Fantastic views over the moors as well... More
