Great location! Acoustics are terrible so it’s always very noisey, especially when there’s live music. Meals are good size and tasty but Beware the yellow curry! Despite this traditionally being one of the mildest Thai curries, the chef has decided to make it hot (and...dry) and not tell anyone!! We regularly order this for the kids when out for dinner but this one was too hot. There is no mention of chilli even though it’s mentioned in other dishes descriptions.More

Picked a really busy Monday night public holiday in the school holidays while the club undergoing major renovations. The kitchen was a temporary affair on the lawn in front of the club. Despite this the staff were friendly and efficient. Despite the crowds and the...privations of the kitchen staff the food came out surprisingly quickly. We all ordered steaks cooked in a variety of ways. The were all perfectly cooked as ordered. They were extremely tender and accompanied by a generous well dressed salad and good hot chips. Sauces served on the side were all flavoursome. Washed it down with an excellent Cab Sav I look forward to returning at a quieter time when the kitchen is operating in its new homeMore

We had lunch at the club the other day and we both had the fish and chips! The meal was quite large and very good. Only wished they would serve the fish grilled! The service was quick and friendly and the location is excellent! A...very pleasant experience.More

We ate dinner at the North Burleigh Surf Club in January. The service was nice, meals were very nice, cooked in a reasonable time and more importantly served at the same time. Prices were reasonable as well. For 5 people including drinks, it cost us...about $130. I recommend eating at this club (AVOID Burleigh Heads Mowbray Park)More

Delicious lunch- my family and I came to North Burleigh, lovely and early (to avoid the queues!). I had THE most delicious chicken and macadamia salad. We had a great family catch up at the NBSLS Club - good value food and drinks (kids free the night we went) - another good place to visit in Burleigh Heads.

The meals were extremely disappointing. Fish and chips very oily. Caesar salad with chicken was worst ever. Several core ends of Caesar lettuce, no egg, little chicken and no Parmesan or bacon. Basically a plate of lettuce for $26 Spring lamb -the meat was nice...but could not cut carrots (too hard despite substantial effort) which was supposed to be main vegetable.
