I had already worked in easy street in the past and it used to be top notch food and service. Been there couple days ago and NOT nice! Staff is really really slow (I understand that are juniors but you cannot Only have juniors) Food...take TOO long, many people seems to be disappointed. Took a look at the kitchen and the cookers were putting 3 or 4 Burguer’s to cook. In the past we used to put 20!!! Chicken tenders (which were chicken breast) overcooked, the batter was poor quality. The sauces decreased quality also, specially truffle sauce (used to be 5stars) I already know a few locals and loyal costumers were very disappointed. So am I! Please, fix that speaker and put the ESD radio back!!!! Where’s the Jay-z, NAS and BIGGIE?? Music was really bad. Burguer was OK. Patty was good. Too greasy tho. I was surprised actually, never seen that place like that. One of the girls was using a earphone???????? The guy in the kitchen with hat was not taking the job serious, only talking to the FOH, which were already slow. Not coming back to soon neither my friends… you lost a client!More

Four mates and I organised to get dinner here last night. As we arrived we got screamed at by the over the top manager trying to make us feel welcome, but we all just felt violated. We ordered food and drinks. 15 minutes later we...watched one of the 10 staff members working get our beers out of the fridge and leave them on the bar. 5 minutes later someone actually bought them to the table. Another 10 minutes went by and my 3 mates got their burgers. Myself and the other mate waited another 30 minutes. It had now been an hour since we ordered, and we had watched other groups come in, eat and then leave, all before we’d gotten our food. The inexperienced lady running food (wearing AirPods in her ears) was taking food around the restaurant, having absolutely no idea where any of the food was going. She would then proceed to put the food back under the heat lamps for upwards of 10 minutes trying to talk to the cook’s about what was happening. She was also not wearing gloves, and touching the burgers to try and see what type of burgers they were. I felt ill. I demanded my money back and I will never be back. Cheers.More

Highly recommend. Cheap, funky decor. Staff were lovely and quick service. Burgers yummy and plenty of other options too!

No other burger compares to this place. Must-try- double Royale with Cheese (meat) and the halloumi burger (vego). They have jalapeño poppers that are always freshly made. If you are on a low-carb diet, they offer bun-less options too. Great service too. The only downside...is they seem to only be open for dinner, but it’s worth the wait!More

Really tasty American style burgers and sides. Great service. Quick service. Friendly service. Our party of five included an 11 month old infant. The staff could not have been more accommodating in meeting our particular needs e.g. heating her meal that is part of a...special diet, checking that everything was okay and asking what else they could do to make our experience enjoyable. Our family of 6 adults ate at Easy Street Diner on a Tuesday night. We sat at a booth and enjoyed the atmosphere of the dinner. We ordered a range of burgers, Mac & cheese and cajun fries. All were delicious and the service was...great.More

Great beer 🍻 on tap and excellent friendly service. We loved the Jalapeno Bites and followed up with some Southern Style Burgers. The Maple-Glaxed Pork Belly and Soft Shelled Crab burgers were absolutely delicious. We ended up hanging out with our friends for hours...long lunch....Highly recommend an Easy Street experience... We called in st last minute, after flying on from Adelaide. What a hidden gem. Great Burgers and fries. Between six of us we tested the double cheese burgers, beef burgers with pickles, fried chicken burgers, cajin fries and loaded fries. All were delicious!!
