Fresh fish to take home and cook or order some fresh fish to eat there - arrives from the trawlers coming in 50 metres away.

After an unsuccessful day out fishing we stopped here for fresh fish. We had gone to the supermarket but all there fish was thawed which I find very odd. Peters had a good range of fish which was delicious

The $11 meal fish & chips are huge. The fish and calamari are very good. Crab nuggets is $2.50 per piece and taste wonderful! Fries are horrible tho. It's a very small shop and the queue can be crazy. I waited 30mins. The kids meal is defintely value for money!

We had a great meal of lobster, barra and calamari. Fresh, delicious marinade on the barra and the chips were fine in my book. Can't beat the value for money!!

Chips were terrible. Old and poor quality. Was expecting larger selection of seafood. Didn't live up to hype. Positive side, fish was cooked well. Was expecting more from batter. Average fish and chip shop batter. Definitely not worth the wait or drive. Not bad if you live in the area.

Ordered regular fish, calamari and chips. The fish and calamari was so fresh and tasty however was not a big fan of the chips. Would definitely visit again. Top effort.

Huge line... but was worth the wait you can see, taste and smell how fresh all the seafood here is, glad to have gone here on our weekend to the Gold Coast. Decided to come here after SeaWorld one afternoon and compared to pricey SeaWorld food we were very happy.

Last time I went was about a year ago and it was a busy lunchtime. I had fish and chips and wasn't impressed, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Yesterday, I went with my wife and 2 children, as it wasn't that busy. For the price ($2) more than our local, it was very poor. The fish was... More

When we come down to the coast this is always our go to for fish and chips. Be prepared, there is often a line up.
