i love Yellowfin--especially with the early-bird discount. The seafood is good and the standard of cooking much more consistent than in the larger place next door. The women spruiking out front and waiting tables are also good--and (unlike at some places) back up the chat with attentive service. Recently i went with a friend who is an older woman. She... More

Been many times and it's a good place. But last night I was taken aback about the cooked fly on the tuna. Waitress offered to bring a new dish but that's all. Nothing more. Ummmm.......

Wow! Seafood platter & Boullabaisse was simply delicious. I had a Bloody Mary oyster shooter for the first time ever & it was amazing! Stacee our waitress was so delightful & fun! Our whole experience was professional, friendly and perfect. Will definitely recommend to seafood lovers, but there are enough 'other' meal options as well to make everyone happy.

I have been here many times, always enjoyed the food although its a bit on the pricey side. The service has always been prompt and friendly and make you feel welcome. I prefer the lunch as its not as busy, nights get busy and rowdy and service is a little slower but still good. Everybody I take enjoy it and... More

We have been to Broadbeach several times but this was our first visit to Yellowfin. We are so glad we stumbled across this restaurant on tripadvisor. The seafood is excellent and fresh and we loved the prawns and bugs. Our fish was beautifully cooked and well presented. Our waitress Rebecca was excellent and she was friendly and efficient.

Yellowfin is one of the best seafood restaurants in Australia and their seafood is amazing!! We eat a lot of seafood and we havnt been anywhere better!! We had the seafood platter for 2, which was the freshest and tastiest platter we have ever had. We tried a seafood platter at the fish markets near sea world a few days... More

Staying on the south side of Broadbeach we only discovered Yellowfin on a walk trying to avoid getting wind blown on the beach on an overcast day. So pleased we found it! Had a beautiful meal; one of the best seafood meals (we think) ever. Amazing oysters and beautifully grilled fish of the day (snapper) with cream cheese and chives... More

It's New Year's Day, my husband and I, our two children and our friends (who also have 4 kids of their own) are ravenous! We're staying in the Gold Coast for a week and are constantly looking for new eateries. We stumble across Yellowfin, make a booking for 10 and drool over the menu. The tables were arranged and within... More

Booked here for New Year's Eve lunch - extremely disappointed in this restaurant overall. On arrival we said we had a bkg for 2 and without even asking for a name the waiter just said 'sure where would you like to sit'. Obviously not going to be very busy here. We perused the menu and asked 'what is the fish... More

Visited Yellowfin on a number of occasions and the quality of food, service and prices have always been EXCELLENT. Having had Morton Bay bugs, Barramundi, Fisherman's Pie and their amazing seafood platter and will no doubt work through more of the menu in future visits, the food is great. I have already booked six of my family to spend their... More
