Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had the Sunday roast and squid linguine, and both were delicious, generous portions. Great value for money.

Unfortunately as locals we have been patient with this so called Irish pub. I’m not sure what they want to achieve in relation to service. I’m embarrassed now to invite my international guests along with interstate guests. Food is very ordinary and well over priced....Shame that the manager on duty is not well organised. If your in broadbeach, Give this a miss and spend your money elsewhere.More

This little Irish influenced pub is right in the heart of Broadbeach. The staff are amazing friendly and welcoming as you would expect in an Irish Pub with a few Irish Ales to select from and even a Guiness Pie on the Menu

Went for the lunch special...The bacon burger, but skipped the bun and fries. Took about 40 minutes, which was fairly long considering the place was nearly empty. When it was finally ready, the waiter/bartender rushed by my table, dropped the plate in front of me...and ran away. I looked down and the burger was burned black on both sides...the interior was partially raw. I don't think it was all beef. I'm guessing some kind of soy filler for most of the "burger"...No way I'd go back. No way I'd recommend. I suspect they depend on tourists who will not be return business. My recommendation is to go a little further down the road, as there are good food options in Broadbeach, but this is not one of them.More

Came here with work colleagues as we were staying close by and just wanting simple fare. Wasn’t really expecting a lot but was pleasantly surprised as the menu is pretty basic serving the usual pub fare. Our group of 14 chose steaks , fish and...chips , burgers , beef and Guinness pies etc I went for the sirloin steak which came with chips and salad and separate sauce...it was really good , soft and tender , I very much enjoyed it as did others that went for the steaks. There was no complaints from anyone as we left very satisfied. They offer up many burger and drink deals too.More

We stumbled across this pub/cafe when looking for lunch one day. It wasn't busy but the lunch specials ($10) looked interesting so gave it a try. We weren't disappointed. We ended up coming back 3 days in a row we were so impressed. I had...the roast pumpkin salad, haloumi burger and a fantastic scotch fillet steak cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and the service very efficient.More

Simple food served with a friendly smile and a thirst quenching drink. We tried different restaurants every night here as we walked here every evening to find food. We were given a table quickly and ordering was easy. Like any pub meal, after perusing the...menu, I just went up to order and pay. The food came quickly and quite a lot of it! It was good solid and wholesome food. And even better, the bill was very reasonable.More

Wondering around Broadbeech a few weeks ago and stumbled upon this restaurant with my wife and decided to stop for Lunch. The place was very quiet with just once other table occupied however the staff were friendly and welcomed us. I had Chicken Schnitzel which...came with chips and salad and this was on a lunch special and i also had a beer. the food was average and the costs reasonable, think if it had been busier it would be a nice atmosphere.More

Extensive beer selection on tap also a dry cider and a sweet cider. The food is well presented and cooked to perfection, whether a medium rare rump or crispy pork belly or even crispy battered fish and chips, you will not be disappointed. We stopped in here to try the $10 lunch specials we tried the kids sausage and chips , pumpkin salad , hamburger and fish and chips. Service was fast and friendly. All meals except for the fish and chips were fabulous great sizes and tasted...great too. The fish on the other hand was disappointing this was supposed to be adult size but it wasn’t. It had one small piece of fried fish and a handful of chips not enough for our teenage boy!! The taste was great just not enough of it especially compared to the sizes of the other meals.More
