This was recommended by the valley at Villa de Estancia as a local real Mexican seafood and Mexican restaurant. On a whim we went. It was encouraged to try the shrimp tacos which I would say is a must do! They are amazing! Food was great. Whole fried snapper was great. All our food was great. The service was equally... More

We had a wonderful meal at El Brujo on the beach in Bucerias. My favorite food that we experienced was the crab enchiladas from the appetizer menu. I should have just asked for a side salad and considered that dinner! It was so good! We also had fajitas. All in all, an enjoyable meal and experience.

We used this restaurant 3 times during our trip. On two occasions the service was exemplary. On our final night they were overrrun with customers due to two adjacent restaurants being closed due to rivate functions. They failes to resognise what extra volume they would attract and the service was decidely slow as a result.

Was part of a group of 10 last night, after a wait of more than 1 h. 45 minutes we found that 8 out of 10 had cold plates of hot food . When we complained to the manager he found the proper excuses , not my fault, employees did not show up for work he even pretended to call... More

El Brujo is the kind of place where you go with a group and hang out from late afternoon, through sunset. In the meantime you partake of great Mexican food and strong, cold beverages, and conversation. You can either sit 'on the beach' under palaces, or 'upstairs' overlooking these palapas. In either case, it's a great place for sunsets and... More

Recommend by hotel staff. A little off the beaten path but cabbie knew right way. Staff were warm and welcoming - our waiter truly enjoyed working there! English was excellent! Food was delicious and the atmosphere of the outdoor garden was wonderful!! A nice evening spot that is quiet and private.

We've been at the beach location twice in the last 2 weeks for dinner. One night we had the shrimp platter special which was huge, so we ended up sharing. The next evening we had seafood soup and red snapper. The food is excellent and very well priced. The service is also excellent.

We went for Wednesday night rib special. The ribs are very good. The restaurant in south Bucerias, back off the main drag. Service, drinks, food all good. Reservations a must as it is busy most nights.. Everyone has a good time.

We went to El Brujo in Bucerias for a late lunch/early dinner. We had a great table with an excellent view and a nice breeze. Our waiter spoke excellent English and was very friendly. We ordered beer and two appetizers. The beer was cold and the appetizers excellent. We then ordered dinner - each of us ordered a different Shrimp... More
