Good Hearty Food

Lovely restaurant, nice staff and good solid hearty food. A little pricey but good. An interesting menu and some lovely wines as accompaniments

Great for a family!

Our hotel recommended this restaurant to us and we were thrilled that they did. The staff were were very welcoming and spoke great English which was appreciated after a full day outside. The food was delicious and the portions HUGE. We could not believe the...amount of food that we were served. Everything was very tasty and fresh. Highly recommend ordering the house special veal and sharing a family style meal.More

Fantastic service

We loved the place, and the service. People are friendly and funny, creating a friendly environment. We got here around 13h and had to wait for our turn for 40 min. The food in general is above average, and the price is really good for...the food and the service.More

Very good price/quality and attendance

We were doing a family trip and arrived unannounced without having to wait more than 10min to be seated served. Very friendly waiter team and the quality and quantity of the food was very good.

Sublime food but too busy

Lovely restaurant, very big place and very busy staff. The food was lovely and a good selection of wines. The price was reasonable

Great food with nice staff

The servings are quite generous. We were a group of 9 and we shared three servings of veal. It was very well cooked! Delicious I would say.

Great place

Authentic portuguese food

Despite being one of the most expensive restaurants in Arouca, this place and its food is worth for the price. You will taste the pure Aroucan meat and several local pastries. Book in advance!
