This is one of the better known Cous Cous restaurants in San Vito. Giuseppe The owner rules the front door and hands out numbers when the place is full, which is often Food is good but no more than that, speciality is Cous Cous, seafood or meat. Fun place, very reasonable prices

We stopped by for lunch. We had spaghetti with sea urchin and tomatoes and spaghetti with tuna eggs, schrimps and anise. The food was really salty, and basically, there was no difference in taste between those two spaghettis Both tasted like "something from sea", with no specific taste, only salty. We paid for two meals and bottled water almost 40... More

We ate here 3 times for dinner during our stay in San Vito Lo Capo. This restaurant has been recommended by Francesco, the owner of the hotel where we were staying and that I highly recommend as well (Riad Comfort Rooms). We have never been disapponted; we took the couscous di pesce, the pizzas and the pastas and everytime the... More

We enjoyed two meals here while on holiday in Sicily. The food is very good, typical Italian, and the prices are very sensible. The staff were very helpful and very efficient and spoke English. My wife left her sweater on the first visit, they kept it for us without knowing we would be back. Highly recommended, I wish all restaurants... More

We dined at this restaurant for our friends birthday dinner. My daughters Calzone was huge and delicious. The cheese plate was good but we were never told what was on it. The margarita pizza was great. The cappanata appetizer of eggplant mint marscapone was really amazing but the busiatti w/ mint and pistachios was my favorite. Additionally the canolli was... More

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with truly beautiful food. The atmosphere was excellent and made for a very romantic evening. We would have been coming back every day but unfortunately we found this restaurant on their last night of the season. If you are in town this is a must eat at restaurant in the next street parallel to the... More

We got a recommendation from where we are staying (Riad Comfort Rooms) to go to this restaurant as its the most authentic and best in town supposedly. So of course we had to try it. We are so glad we went there on our first night here as it was there last night before they shut for the season. We... More

Great service and food. We went there last night to have a table. The restaurant is very popular but service is excellent . My mummy doesn't really eat sea food. We asked them if it's possible to have simple pasta without seafood. They made it and it's delicious.

Immediately after our first dinner at this restaurant, it became our favourite and we visited it several times during our vacations at San Vito lo Capo. Delicious local cusine with a good selection of wines. The ambient is nice and cozy and if the weather allows it, you can enjoy your dinner outside. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Thank Pablo Z

When you open a restaurant choices in the area of kitchen should make the owner are basically two: stay Anco-Rato local traditions or break away and fly towards dishes "foreigners", I mean as such even those in the immediate vicinanze.Il reasoning that leads inevitably to choose is the question whether people will be happy to eat if the food is similar to that of your own home or would prefer to find something diverso.Vi are local, especially in the south of nos- other country who have followed, with success, this second hypothesis by entering their menus of national and international. The "Signora Sara" has preferred to remain faithful to his land and today, almost forty years after the day that served as its first customer, can rightly be absent orgogliosa.Oggi anchors are things cinquan'anni ago revisited, refined and lightened on the cutting un'evoluzio- that it has followed the evolution of gusto.Era 1976 when San Vito Lo Capo , Tourist resort par excellence, located on a remote corner of the earth "Capo San Vito" pointing north, embedded between two nature reserves, "Riserva dello Zingaro" and "reserve" Mount Hood ", with almost three miles of golden sand, beautiful rivals the most renowned paradises of the South Seas that has experienced the last two decades a progression in the tourism sector that has no equal. Several residents that were fishermen, construction workers or peasants, who had the cunning and the will to look beyond ", to" dare ", investing and risking, well, the result gave them reason, including, Rosaria Graziano and her husband Anthony Barraco, they decided to start on the path of opening a small restaurant pizzeria cola "Signora Sara" . The first trend had been to offer customers good pizzas cooked in a wood oven and appetizers fried eggplant, zucchini, olives cunzati, fish and vegetables, cheeses and meats, only later, in the wake of the first success, pizzas and entrees "'Signora Sara" decided to enter the first and second courses. Today, not surprisingly, has become the most popular local San Vito Lo Capo is now managed since 1993 by his son Joseph and his wife Katia, where you can enjoy between the pizzas, the excellent "Rianata", the "Cabucio," the " Spiking "and among the first courses: the" couscous ", both fish and vegetables," Busiate "pesto alla Trapanese, all'aromatica and the slaughter masterfully prepared by Katia. To this we must add the good fish from San Vito served in many different ways, a rich selection of wines exclusively from Sicily and the excellent table service directed by Peppe who with his staff, courtesy and experience compliment.
