We went there in a Ramadan evening. In Ramadan Aziz Usta is closed during the day contrary to the normal times. We ordered one liver and one chunked lamb. Meat is grilled. It is not a restaurant but a street food buffet with a few tables and small chairs outside. On the tables, you can find onions in bowls and cutting woods with knives. The guests are expected to cut their own onions. You are expected to wrap the flat bread but there is too muck and thick bread so that you cannot taste the meat. The meat is too hot if you don't say beforehand. This is a regional issue. If you are not used to isot - red pepper- you will burn after a small bite. The liver was different, liver in Edirne or somewhere in the West. Actually similar to kebab on skewers. Ayran made by the house was also traditional and tasty. Not creamy as we drink in packages. Prices are quite reasonable.

We were 5 people there for after breakfast taste. Personally i dont like liver, but in this place it was delicious and i ate two portions and hardly stop myself for more. Perfect service, traditionally served food, onion chili peppers... Only the problem was ayran, which was frustrating comparing to this delicious food. Even though you dont like liver give it a try in here.

We ordered four kebab and one ciğer. The ciğer came on a piece of bread he was holding, not even on a plate, and he placed it in the middle of the table, which hadn't been wiped. The kebab was more fat than meat. Not hygienic at all. I usually love street food, but this one Not.

A famous ciger kebab place but i coludnt find what i expect. The tables and environment was so dirty and untidy. Ciger was not so special. The only intresting thing for me was taste of the onions, they were such sweet

I had not expected that I will try the best ciger kebab in this location before. Unfortunately just had half portion cider kebab because I was not very hungry. The ciger comes with lavash bread and served with special side foods (parsley, mint and onion) and ayran.
Strongly recommend this place in any time of the day, starting from early in the morning (05:00). Ciger kebab cooked in coal fire and it was very soft and delicious.

You can say it's not a restaurant it's only small barbecue shop opening specially at night time and good value for the money amount you pay for them and I advice to whom visiting Urfa and wants to try the special food try the giger it's a lamp liver with hut spices .
