Been there for lunch. Menu didn't state anything but the name of the dish, which I found quite annoying, since I cannot read Japanese. Waiter was a bit rude and did not really want to help me. Normal/average food, nothing special. They did however price double for what you can get in any other Japanese restaurant or take-away.

Teppanyaki is typically fun with a crowd and someone always ends up wearing some of the food rather than eating it....Melbourne is the food capital of Australia, so to see a consistent and quality offering in suburbia only comes as a surprise when compared to Sydney. Congratulations on a quality offering!

It was an interesting evening spent with Chef Arnold who came up with lots of smart tricks, lots of talent in handling the eggs while they rotate in the air:)) and many other surprises. Food was really good, but I would give my 5 stars to Arnold as a person. I didn't like the fact that the food came gradually... More

It is extremely obvious that the staff here are NOT Japanese when you enter this restaurant. The food is over priced for the area and "average" at best.

This was my first time at a teppanyaki restaurant. I'd wanted to go to one for a long time. Not knowing what to expect I was happy to have had my first experience here. Our chef was fun and engaging and cooked up a variety of food for us. All the expected parts were there; catching rice in a bowl,... More

It is probably helpful for people to know what they are getting into when they go for teppanyaki, since it is an interactive dining experience. Yes, it has a similarity with Korean BBQs but in a teppanyaki expderience, the chef; his engagement, interaction and entertainment are all part of this experience. A typical teppanyaki is best experienced as a set... More

My wife and I have been visiting this Japanese restaurant over several years and have previously found the food and service to be excellent. Our last visit on 22 June 2016 was to celebrate a very special occasion, and we were very disappointed to find that the quality of the main course had fallen significantly. We both ordered the Beef... More

Went for an impromptu dinner with friends. We decided to go off the menu and not have teppanyaki. The service was average, the food only average and despite several reminders we didn't receive some dishes for which they tried to charge us for. Overall will not go back as it has steadily gone downhill over the past 2-3 years.

First sitting for teppanyaki , food delicious, chef presentation engaging. Fun way to celebrate a birthday. Not the first time here and not the last.
