After 9 months I returned with friends (there were 12 of us) and ... the result was the same: excellent dinner, tasty dishes masterfully prepared by the chef of the restaurant who even prepared for us an ad hoc menu for the evening. Space menu and brushed dishes. Beautiful evening, thanks to all the staff by all the diners were amazed by all the dishes on the menu.

Staying at the Bagni di Pisa Palace overnight on our way to Florence and had a delightful dinner. I started with a ravioli dish with bottarga which was delicious. I followed it with a piece of amberjack which was cooked perfectly. I finished up with a strawberry and cream short crust tart. Very pleased with my choices. My wife also had the amberjack but started with a salad. For dessert she went for the chocolate cake which was very rich. Service was exceptional. A true 5 star experience.

Elegant restaurant inside a hotel with spa and thermal pool. Elegant environment, very friendly but not intrusive staff. Varied menu, both meat and fish, and excellent wine list. Very good and unique desserts. Plating from a starred restaurant. Of course price in proportion. Advised.

We dined here for our anniversary. The service, ambience and menu suggest that you are about to experience some quality cuisine but our experience was anything but. To begin with, nearly all our dishes were served barely warm (the salt cod was cold and had to be returned to the kitchen). The octopus anti pasta was very tough and chewy, the amberjack main was mediocre, and the monkfish lacking any real flavour. Just about every dish from the four course menu was disappointing. And to top it off, the prices are expensive.

We were staying at Bagni Di Pisa and were lucky enough to experince this fantastic restaurant. Every course was presented beautifully and was totally delicious with. The staff really made our experience even more special by being so attentive and personable. This truly was a meal to remember.

I traveled to Tuscany in July with my husband. It was our first trip to Italy and we stayed at Bagni di Pisa for two nights. We had dinner our first night at the hotel at Restaurant of the Lorraine on the terrace. There was a large barbecue set up with an abundance of local Tuscan meats and fresh seafood to choose from and have the culinary team cook right before your eyes!
The food was absolutely incredible and the service was so welcoming and comfortable for us as Americans that do not speak Italian. The Chef visited our table and spoke with us as well as the director of purchasing who was able to explain so many of the wines on the menu and what paired well with all of our courses!
I can only hope to return to this beautiful hotel and restaurant and enjoy all that is has to offer!

We spent a few hours havung the most wonderful dinner. This is a truly Tuscan experience with authentic delicious and healthy food in a gorgeous setting. The service was great as well. Such a memorable evening.
