The restaurant proposes classical dishes revamped and prepared with ingredients that come directly from the Artimino Farm. The structure, which gets its name from Ferdinando de' Medici's first butler, boasts seating for 180 people, set out over two levels and a terrace facing out onto a breathtaking panorama. In addition, the restaurant also has an exclusive gazebo closed to the elements by transparent glass with a panoramic view where guests can hold small events.
