We stopped by boras's bakery on the weekend and we are sure glad we did! Lots of locals buying breads and pastries. We met Boras and he was extremely kind. His English isn't fluent but he takes a great interest in his foreign guests. He told us about each pastry individually and which ones he liked the best. We ended... More

Stayed in the village of kateradeos for a week and we bought our bread and cakes here..can't say enough praise for this small bakery.. the bread is especially delicious. Our 3 young boys loved the ring donuts. The owner Boras is so kind and gave our boys lollies and cookies.. very lovely greek people.. I recommend this bakery very highly.!

Boras Bakery is one of the best bakeries I have been to, fresh products daily and delicious sweets. The spinach pie and the burger are my personal favorites, and the friendly faces make for the best Bakery in Santorini.

Fantastic fresh bakery favourites - huge doughnuts and croissants and many savouries - Marlena and Markos are the loveliest kindest funniest young couple who work so hard and help all their customers to enjoy food and the island :)

Grabbed a quick breakfast from this bakery while staying nearby. While English wasn't their strong suit, we loved the surprise of picking out something completely unknown from the cabinet!

As a first time visitor to Santorini in a village off the beaten track my wife and I felt a little lost and more than a little hungry. Marcos of Boras Bakery supplied us with traditional Greek savoury pastries both filling and delicious. He also went out of his way to give us advice and help throughout our stay. Open at... More

Not only do Boras and Marco bake delicious treats, they are some of the sweetest island folk and each visitor is treated like an old friend. Karterados is home to SAWA animal shelter and they give their old bread to the dogs and donkeys. Not only that, they look after the local stray cat population, help any stray dog in... More
